 Nice matI really liked the mat with our name on it but was surprised that the personalized part of the mat comes off. In a way is good because it can easily be replaced but there's nothing holding down that part of the mat so it comes off.

DOORMAT By Shopper  (HUDSON, FL) - December 20, 2018 I was very disappointed in the quality of the gift for a life long friend. I didn't appreciated the quality of the "INSERTED" piece of personalizing it is horrible.

Shipped too early!! Purchased for a housewarming gift and according to order shipping was supposed to be at least 6 days or so. Item delivered the next day! The people weren’t living there yet so it was delivered to an unoccupied house.

Good enough By Shopper (LEESBURG, VA) - October 30, 2018 I was expecting the outdoor rubber tray to be attached to the doormat but it wasn't, which was a bit of a let down. Looks good and seems to be sturdy.

Nice Mat By Shopper (Dillsburg, PA) - June 21, 2018 overall this is a nice product. However, it comes in 2 pieces; the bottom rubber layer and the top monogram piece. They do not sit together very well. The monogram is a felt-like material that doesn't seem very durable or made for outdoors at all.

Shading The shading is very obvious on the door mat It almost looks like there is a defect in the mat

Monogram doormat I liked the actual monogrammed mat pet but it was not made clear that the outer black mat was a separate piece. It was not worth how expensive it was.

Door mat I like the door mat. Only issue is some discoloration.

It is Okay The design of the rug was okay...the white emblem was as expected. I had the correct lettering and design. The black was not as rich as I was expecting. It appears that maybe the white ink or product that was used for the lettering may not have dried prior to proceeding forward with the remaining design.

Beautiful but smelly Very nice looking doormat but I didn’t realize just how strong it’s rubber smell would be. There’s no way I could use this coming in from the garage like I intended due to the strong odor. But at least it will look nice on the open porch!

Disappointed By Shopper (Brodhead, WI) - September 13, 2017 I was disappointed when I opened this mat. It is for a wedding gift. I guess I didnt really notice on the picture that it looks really faded as if it has already been walked on on the right side. If I had know that was part of the design and that it would come out that way I would have ordered a different one. I have ordered a door mat before and it was wonderful, but this one is quite disappointing.

Just OK I purchased 2 of these doormats, one in brown & one in black. The brown one was great & I loved it! The black one was very disappointing. It looked liked the white stenciling has smeared. I was not happy with the black one.

 Gray Color Will Fade and DiscolorBy Shopper (Corona, CA) - January 19, 2024 I purchased the gray outdoor mat in October 2022. When the mat arrived, it was the color I was looking for, and it was of good quality. However, after a few months of sun, the gray faded and the mat turned a pinkish color. The only consolation was the faded color matched the color of my flowers I put out for Spring. Do not purchase gray if you plan to have the mat in an area exposed to direct sunlight.

Great at first, doesn’t hold up This was absolutely beautiful when first arrived. After some time, it has faded terribly. Wouldn’t purchase again

Unimpressed By Shopper (Derby, KS) - November 20, 2021 The product was thin and light weight. It was not at all I expected. It comes as 2 separate parts that are not adhered together. I am too embarrassed to give it as the gift that it was intended.

So many outstanding items from this company, but not this The design is beautiful and the mat looks crisp and welcoming. While it's marketed as an outdoor mat, this product should be used indoors. My first one faded beyond recognition within a few months in a covered area. The company graciously provided me with a replacement free of cost but, the color already looks odd. It's not a nice charcoal gray. It's dusty eggplant.

the personalized door mat is lovely By Shopper (Frisco, TX) - August 4, 2020 since the door mat is a smooth finish I find that the debris stays on the mat and the debris does not come off your shoes either,..(like cut grass and small pieces of dirt). There are no "groves" to get the debris off your shoes and therefore brings debris into the house,

features that I don't like Although the door mat is lovely I noticed that when you wipe your feet the grass and other debris still sticks to the mat and is still on your shoes therefore the grass comes into your house. Not a very good door mat as I am constantly sweeping to mat to clean debris off. I am really not happy with the door mat as it is to smooth and there is nothing to grab the debris off your shoes. Can I return this item?

Bad quality By Shopper (Cheyenne, WY) - January 8, 2018 The quality is terrible for the price that I paid for this doormat. I chose merlot for the the color of the doormat and it appears to be a lot more purple than what the picture shows. Also, the coloring is patchy on the right side of the mat, making it look like it is old and worn. This was suppose to be a valentines gift but I'm not happy with the way it looks. On a positive note the rubber mat covering looks good and is very sturdy.

Not satisfied I ordered this as a new home gift. I did not realize it was faded on the right hand side when I ordered it. This isn't mentioned in the site's description. I am unhappy with this purchase.

Not very happy This was a present for our new house to my husband. It was our first "real house" that he worked so hard for. I thought, what a cute idea. I got the blue with rubber holder. It's great quality but the blue is so faded and it collects sooo much dirt and leaves. The material is a magnet for debris. We have a huge portico so no sun on it and not much outdoor dirt there. Wish I knew before. It looks years old, not a few months old

Very Disappointed My wife and I ordered this doormat and received it 4 months later that was the first problem and the second was when we actually received it the outer layer was rubber which was fine but the middle was cotton. So you can't use this for a doormat it will get dirty probably your first day .Really disappointed with this product

Very Disappointed in my Door Mat I ordered the same color and style that I had previously ordered. I loved the original mat I received and have used it for quite a while, it was worn and needed to be replaced. The replacement I got (same color, design, etc) looked awful! The color was cloudy, which apparently I'm told is the way it was intended. My first mat was not cloudy but full color and bright. This one is cloudy and looks terrible. Won't be using it!

Buyer Beware By Shopper (Homer City, PA) - April 28, 2018 I purchased this personalized mat in burgandy. The photo was nice and I loved the circle of vines effect outside of the monogram. Once I received it I realized that it looked nothing like the photo. The paint was faded to almost dark pink on the right side of the mat. I thought it was a manufacturing mistake. I contacted the company to replace it and they told me that they would not, because it is supposed to have a have a chalkboard effect even though it was not stated as such.
