 BlessedI'm very happy with the doormat. I highly recommend getting the black rubber mat that it goes in. I wouldn't like it without it, it would be too small and thin. The only issue that I had is it doesn't fit as snug as I would like.

3rd times a charm! So, I ordered this doormat for my mom & her husband for Christmas and it came to me with some ink missing on their name. I reached out to customer service and they sent me another one free of charge! Well the same thing happened with the 2nd one...so once again, customer service sent me a new one, no charge! The 3rd one was perfect! I have been ordering from this company for years without any printing issues but I can't complain at all because the customer service was amazing and was so willing to make it right. My mom and her husband will absolutely love this...I can't wait to give it to them!

LOVE PersonalizationMall's doormats These are a great Go-To gift! You can order for any season, new home, for neighbors, family or yourself. They hold up pretty darn well to our deeply fluctuating Chicago weather. During the warmer months if they get dirty I will use the garden hose to clean them, during the winter months they sometimes get buried under the snow...but they seems to survive just fine. I see other reviews about them getting dirty...that I expect as people are intended to wipe their feet on them. But no complaints here.

Our Friends Loved It I purchased this doormat as a housewarming gift. I also bought the outdoor black tray to make the mat even more sturdy. Our friends loved it!
