FIVE STARS!!! The champagne flute turned out so beautiful, but I expected that, since every single thing I have ever ordered from PersonalizationMall.com has been beyond expectations. The words, sold individually are included as part of the description. So, this is not false advertising. But, 2 champagne flutes are pictured leading the consumer to believe they will receive 2 champagne flutes. Out of fairness to the consumer, the picture should be changed displaying just 1 champagne flute.

Made it right I ordered this and one of them was little crooked. I emailed and they answered right away. They asked that I send them a picture of the issue. I did and I immediately got a reply back saying they were going to replace it at no cost. Less than a week later they sent me a new corrected one. Integrity and ethics is how this company practices.

 Good Quality GlassesThese glasses are elegant and very well weighted. They were a gift and the recipient was pleased. The only minor issue was the FedEx tracker which placed the package far away when in fact delivery was imminent and the email notification came hours after the actual arrival. This had nothing to do with Personalization Mall's speed and attention to detail, it's just something the consumer should be aware of to reduce worry, and confusion.
