Great product (and helpful customer service) I ordered 4 of these glasses- 2 personalized for my brother and 2 for my boyfriend. One of the ones for my boyfriend was delivered with a mistake on the design. I emailed customer service with my order number and a picture and got a response very quickly. They offered to send me a replacement one at no cost to me. And it was delivered right on time! I am so appreciative of the professionalism and courtesy of their customer service. I love both of the glasses!!
