Personalized beer glasses By Shopper (Spokane , WA) - November 18, 2018 I purchased 4 personalized beer glasses. The etching quality was very nice. My order also arrived sooner than anticipated. Upon opening the box, I discovered that 3 of the glasses had varying degrees of flaws on the etching. When I called customer service, they were very helpful and took care of the problem. They promptly sent me 3 replacement glasses. The etching on the replacements were perfectly done. And I did not have to return the flawed ones. Because the the customer service was so great, I did not hesitate to place a second order! Thank you for such wonderful service and a great product. Great party favor I ordered these for my husband's 60th birthday surprise party. The restaurant kindly agreed to serve drinks in these and then everyone took their glass home. Glasses are nice and sturdy, and the engraving was well done. A couple of glasses were damaged and pmall replaced them quickly.
