 Personal beer glassThe lettering and workmanship of the glass is excellent. However the background for the lettering is so light it is hard to see the inscription. Most of my guests don't even notice. The background should be colored or a very dark frosty white

Great gift, however------- I didn't realize when I purchased these glasses, as I thought of six as a set. When I was asked if I wanted gift box for $5.95, I assumed that it was for the six glasses, instead it was an additional $5.95 per glass for a box; and each glass was put in it's own box. How stupid. I did not pick up the mistake. $35.70 for boxes is outrageous, but more than that the presentation was horrible. I will not shop here again and if you do, you need to check everything very carefully. The boxes were almost the same price as the personalized glasses.

Not what I thought Label is barely visible I thought it was a total of 6 just one for $33 not really happy with product.

NOT PERFECT By Shopper (naples, FL) - December 15, 2021 ok i tried to email the support first before putting this review but never heard back from them . i ordered this beer pitcher and write the titles right but then the way it came out was letter missing and some of the letters are fading it’s nice but contacting their support is bad and the outcome of the item is not good at all the only good thing was the pitcher is not broken

Imperfection I bought this product about a month ago when I received it today there is some chips in the cup looking like somebody drop the box or something I don’t know but it really made me mad because I spent a lot of money on this cup

16 oz. Personalized Pint Glass Received quickly,and very,very well packed. Design on glass would be awesome if not so light.
You can barely see the personalization at all when glass is used. There lies my disappointment.

Poor quality The etching has scratches in it and it is crooked. I have had good experiences with customized items from Personalization Mall in the past, but this one did not live up to expectations at all.

I bought these for a Christmas gift for my husband. I’m giving it one star simply because the label is so light that you can hardly see it on the glass.
Hopefully once there is beverage in it the label will stand out more. If you’re just looking at the glass without a beverage in it you have to struggle to read it. They certainly could’ve done a better job. I bought four glasses and paid $57.

Looks good online not so good in person The pic on the web site is a dark white with red letters looks great..But when i got them it is more like a light gray Clear letters..Hard to read when full of beer..
