I got the candle holder on Monday. I called and told them it had a chip at the top. She sent me an email so I could send them a picture. A few hours later they sent me an email telling me they were sending me a new one, at no charge. Thursday I received a new one and it was perfect! Now, let me tell you about the candle holder, it’s beautiful!! It’s actually bigger than I thought it would be. I put a flameless candle and rocks in it, like they show on their website. It turned out gorgeous. The family I gave it to loved it.

It is beautiful, touching, and loved by it's recipients. I love that I can choose the day to order and rush ship it so that is arrives on the particular day that I want (anniversary of the death, birthday of a loved one lost this year, etc). The only thing I would change is that there isn't an option to order the rocks as shown in the picture as that would make it perfect and really should be an option.

A beautiful way to remember a loved one I sent this to my friend whose mother passed away and she called to tell me that she and her family loved this candleholder and that she placed it on a table in her entryway so it would be the first thing that you saw when you walked into her home. She said that she really loves the battery powered candle as it leaves a beautiful glow and commented on how it was a perfect gift to memorialize her beautiful mom.

Beautiful and sentimental gift A friend of mine lost her son in a car accident. I pitched in with a couple of other friends and gave this to her. She loved it so much, she even cried. Definitely a meaningful gift. It doesn’t come with the candle or rocks so plan for that. And it was bigger than we thought it would be, but it is worth the money.

Beautiful product I bought this for my mom for christmas and had my brothers name put on it with a personalized message he had passed away 2 years ago. My mom absolutely loves it. It arrived in perfect condition expertly wrapped to survive transport. It is a beautiful piece of glass bigger and thicker than I thought and the engraving is perfect. Highly recommend. lovely memorial It beautiful and high quality. The person received it loves it. She sits beside it and reads daily. I assumed the pebbles came with the vase, and they didn't. Once I saw it without the pebbles it appeared to be missing something. I went to a craft store and bought them. She placed them in the base which gave it a touch of "bling". Suggestion: offer to add crystals to the order, like you did with the candle.
