Beautiful We ordered this vase for a close friend to memorialize her parents. Her comments are that it is beautiful, well made, good quality , looks like the picture and beautifully gift boxed. This makes me very happy for her and relieved that it is as beautiful as I was hoping it would be.
I know this will forever be cherished. I do agree that the candle should be included. I did not order a candle with this order because she uses candles with remotes and this was not an option.

Customer service was excellent in quickly fixing a mistake I made on the engraving before the item was shipped and in replacing one of the candleholders that was delivered broken.

It was convenient to be able to buy the candle that went with the hurricane, I just wish I could have purchased the stones as well. I had to make a separate store run for stones, and during these Covid times that’s not something I like to do

She told us that when we presented it to her. It brought tears to our eyes. It was the perfect gift to celebrate her Mom's life.
We purchased the candle from here as well - but I am sure you can purchase them locally. I went to the Dollar Tree to purchase stones (blue and white) as them reminded me of the lake her Mom loved so much.

I wish it came with the rocks and pre-lit candle, but I knew prior to ordering that it didn’t. I actually bought 3 of these so my sister and step mom had one as well. It is such a beautiful gift that will last much longer than flowers. I highly recommend this product!

EXCELLENT Customer Service I ordered three of these Engraved Hurricanes with the candles for family members in different parts of the country. Two of them arrived in perfect condition, but, one did not. I called Customer Service and a replacement was shipped out quickly, and, this time arrived in perfect condition.
