Just as I had hoped I received my customized glasses as scheduled and was very pleased with the craftsmanship and the quality of the glasses. My friends were quite impressed with them and a couple of them have ordered their own for our Bourbon tastings.

By Shopper (Niskayuna, NY) - March 3, 2018 I did some research and found that the first Glencairin glass, designed in 1976 was kept in a file cabinet until the designer's sons brought it to 5 master blenders in Scotland who helped perfect the design. It became widely available only 18 years ago. In the UK, the glass won the Queens Award, and is now at all distilleries in Ireland, Wales and Scotland. It can be found at whisky festivals around the world. Have it engraved for the St. Patrick's Day gathering!

We shall see By Shopper (Goleta, CA) - January 14, 2021 My husband received this as a Christmas gift and used it that evening. I set it down in the soapy water on top of a plate ever so gently. When I picked it up it had broken. The glass was extremely thin. BUT, I felt bad and ordered another one. The customer service is great and the glass is very pretty. I explained what had happened and did not get any type of response from the company. I since wrote them another email, I guess just hoping for an apology of some sort but I still haven't heard back from them and it has been over a week. Customer service and customer acknowledgement are huge in my eyes so I'm disappointed. I just hope this glass lasts longer than first one.

Replacement needed By Shopper (De Pere, WI) - January 5, 2021 I was excited to order this glass as a gift. However, when I received it, there was a small defect in the glass above the personalization. I'm not sure if this was from the etching. I requested a replacement, which was sent. It was in perfect condition, except for some wax (probably from the personalization process) that I had to wipe off. Overall, I'm happy I ordered this glass. My coworker loved it!

I gave it only 4 stars not because of the quality; I didn't read carefully that the glasses are only 6 ounce glasses. They are far smaller than I was expecting, but that is my fault for not noticing the size, which was clearly listed in the description. (I don't drink, so I didn't know that whiskey glasses are small!) I will use these glasses for juices at breakfast. They are still a great purchase and beautiful!

Lettering By Shopper (Damascus, OR) - March 8, 2020 I ordered 3 glasses with a single initial and the size of initial was perfect! I ordered 1 glass with a first name and the name was too small. I understand the letters have to be a little smaller to accommodate the whole name but I think the letters could have been twice the size and it would have looked great. I wish I had just ordered all 4 glasses with just an initial.

Cute little glass! This item is of a nice quality and the personalization was perfect as usual. The only reason I gave it a 4-star rather than 5-star rating was due to the size. It is definitely a little smaller than I was expecting. Still lovely though!

Too small My own fault for not reading the reviews. I was embarrassed to give these glasses as a gift (almost like shot glasses) I wish personalization Mall would include a photo with a hand holding the glass to avoid other situations like this. Definitely too expensive for what you get.
