Love the Tag! This tag is perfect for our new pup. The personalization options really make the product an awesome value. The tag came exactly as ordered. I feel that our pup is finally wearing enough info on his collar. Of course, make sure you have a good pair of pliers to pinch together the ends of the metal closure that comes with the tag. The tag is a bit thin, so there really can't be a gap between the two ends of the closure. Love the tag!

The only reason I didn’t rate it 5 stars is that the text is not etched into the tag as I have always had in the past. I guess that is just my incorrect expectation since nowhere in the description does it state that the text will be etched. Only concern here is durability.

Nice DOG Tag Ordered this tag for my cat. Was a bit disappointed. Larger than I expected. This tag is great for a dog, but too large for cats. I know my kitty would be bothered with this tag hanging from his neck. Should of paid more attention to the measurements.

Wish I Could Be Fair I wish I could give this product a fair review, but unfortunately, I haven't received it. It was scheduled for delivery on 12/27/18, but as of today, 1/2/19, I have yet to receive it. I'm pretty disappointed.

Looks Like the Picture, but Quality is Lacking By Shopper (Duluth, MN) - May 30, 2018 For being almost $18.00 (after shipping), I would have liked this product to be a bit higher quality. The tag is still cute, but I was thinking the personalization was going to be etched into the tag, but the whole thing is just printed (I think the color - I got green - might just be printed as well). Because it's printed, it looks a little fuzzy. If the tag was a little heavier duty and the words were etched instead of printed, I would rate it much higher.

 Dog tagBy Shopper (North East, PA) - November 17, 2017 The color and size was what I ordered. However it said in the product summary that the font size would be adjusted to the tag. I only had a name put on it. When I received this tag the front was very small like the preorder picture. The font was not adjusted as I thought. When I called I was told the font could not be adjusted on this tag. If it appeared like the preview they could not replace it. Very disappointed.
