Item was as expected By Shopper  (San Antonio , TX) - November 30, 2017 I ordered this ornament as my family gets one from somewhere ever year. We didn't have bears and when I saw this one I knew it was perfect for us this year. It arrived when expected but it was broken upon opening. I called customer service to report the issue. They were great. She simply asked for a picture of the item and sent out a new one no problem. The second one arrived perfectly. The names weren't centered but I can over look that for a month... lol

13 years in a row When my husband and I moved in with each other in 2004 I started a tradition with the two of us and our 4 dogs. Since, our 4 dogs have all passed away. We now get a new ornament every year for the 3 of us instead of the 6 of us. We are always thrilled with our selection and fortunately have not broke any. Each ornament is different each year and the quality is excellent.

Great Customer Service Love this ornament. When the original came, an ear was broken. Chatted with customer service. They said send them a picture and the order number which I immediately emailed to customer service. Took them 15 minutes to get back to me and let me know they were resending the ornament. I've ordered a lot of things from this company and have always been very happy. Now I know if there is an issue they have world class customer service too!

Missing 1 bag I love the ornaments. I ordered 3 and got two in the nice velvet bag but 1 did not come with the bag. Was disappointed but seemed like a small thing.
