 Memorial Angel OrnamentThe Angel ornament has very nice detail and is quite beautiful although slightly heavy for a Christmas tree ornament. Overall, I am very pleased with the product and with customer service and speedy delivery. I would like to say, though, that the gift box states, “Personalized Gifts for Life’s Celebrations”... a little odd if your purchase is a memorial item. :)

Personalized Memorial Ornament Review I bought five of these for my brother and sister-in-laws and for my husband and me. Their mother passed away a few months ago. What a special way to remember her by,especially at Christmas.

Nicely done Nicely done memorial angel. Only two issues: 1. Not enough room for first AND last name. 2. Expedited delivery wasn't; but not fault of Personalization Mall, deliveries were held up everywhere.

Beautiful momento It was a beautiful momento for my nana who passed away this year. The font is fairly small and the words don't have a "crisp" look to them. Not sure if it's how they are etched on, but still came out nice regardless.

Very meaningful I bought 3 of these for Christmas 2017. The ornaments themselves are really sturdy and made well. The engraving could be better. I would say it is a little shallow and does not look that great, but all the words are legible and the personalization really emphasizes the sentiment of the ornament. Even with the slight issue with engraving, I would recommend these. The look, the feel and the meaning are worth it.

Angel ornament The ornament is cute, however, the type size on the engraving was very small. There was room to make it larger. I would suggest adjusting the point size depending on the length of the message.

Not Impressed By Shopper (Hartford, WI) - January 2, 2020 The ornament itself is fine but not impressed with the personalized portion. The lettering was much smaller than it could have allotted. Also, the 'engraving' was barely there; could not see the letters/words unless held in the right lighting or turned to the side.

Incorrect personalization By Shopper (Buford, GA) - December 30, 2018 The angel ornament arrived with nothing that I had chosen for personalization correct. The name, sentiment and date were wrong. After having to prove that I had received the incorrect inscription, I was given a new one which I have not yet received. I paid express postage to receive in time for Christmas (which the incorrect did arrive). I felt that you should have worked to get me the ornament by Christmas since I had paid express postage and a price adjustment for the inconvenience.

It's hard to read. When ordering, it did look different on my screen. I think the laser should be darker. I will still give them as a gift to my friends. I ordered three.  Personalization was not centeredI ordered two of these angels! The angels seem to be good quality, however the lettering is not centered and I cannot give these to my daughters as gifts! This is the first time I have been disappointed in your merchandise.

Writing/personalization hard to read Agree with several of the other reviews. The ornament itself is nice enough but the writing is so small and the color of the writing makes the personalized message barely visible
