Great Products and Service Received my wall art for Christmas and noticed when I opened it, that one of the corners of the frame was loose. Perfect Housewarming Gift! The product was exactly as I had expected (size, color). I gave as a housewarming gift - my friend loved it! Very unique idea. I may get one for my own home! Shipped quicker than expected. The packing materials were also quality - bubble wrap with adhesive shaped like an envelope. I was able to open the bubble wrap & reuse it without tearing it.

Broken Our product looks amazing. But the frame arrived broken, which I'm guessing happened when the package was dropped on my front porch. My husband is going to try and fix it. But as for the product itself, it's perfect.

 Quality Control missed a few thingsBy Shopper (Columbus, IN) - April 30, 2023 I like this personalized piece, however Quality Control missed a few things. 1st, there is a splotch of white paint on the frame that just looks sloppy. Thankfully, I had planned on hanging mine high enough the most won’t notice. 2nd, the hanging brackets were attached upside down. So I had to unscrew the tiny, nearly stripped out screws to swing the bracket around. After fighting the 2nd bracket for 30 mins, I gave up and attached my own. I expected better for the price.

Product Great But.... First product was damaged. There were scratches on the printed area and the frame was not secured together. Contacting the company was cumbersome, as it took 3 times to call and get someone to acknowledge a replacement was being shipped. Replacement product arrives that the scratches weren’t there but the frame was also damaged. It was fixed with wood glue and now is fine. Product looks great.
