It requires no maintenance and my cousins can give it a hug or a squeeze when they are having a difficult time missing their mama. I have been extremely pleased with every item I have ordered from Personalization Mall; so far I have given a blanket for a graduation gift, a grave stone to memorialize a friend's dad, an engraved compass as a Christmas gift and we gave these pillows to show appreciation to my 5 precious cousins and to memorialize a very special loved one.

I purchased several of these pillows, 14" and 18" for my siblings, granddaughter and Mom. It literally brought tears of happiness to everyone of them. I personally like the 14" for holding onto and hugging close to my heart. Excellent quality and not a flaw in them.
