The pillow is wonderful. The ordering process was AWEFUL!!! It took me 5 HOURS to add the photos to the pillow. I had to constantly arrange and rearrange the photos to fit in the squares. I kept getting messages that the photos were not the correct size or the photo qualities were not good enough. It was a disaster. I am overall satisfied with the outcome even though the picture at the top left still did not fully include my friend. I was determined to get this pillow because I bought it for a friend of mines who's Mom(pictured in each frame), passed a few weeks ago and I wanted to give my friend something to make her smile during this very difficult time in her life.

This is the first time I received an item from this company that was incorrect. A word was missing from the pillow I ordered but since I received it the day before I had to gift it, I just added a sticker in it's place and it worked out fine.

We used the provided template. Product arrived and 2 photos had a person completely missing. Redid it. Got our 2nd pillow and it's better, but still does not match the template. It's less than what they show in the preview. Very disappointed. The photos are beautifully clear. It suggest that people are left FAR AWAY from the edges of the teemplate.

I had ordered the pillow as a Christmas present for my dad from all his grandkids. We opened the pillow and realized the pillow had crevasses in a couple of the pictures.
