I would encourage purchasers to take the "hand wash only" warning seriously, as one accidental trip through the dishwasher completely erased the writing on a glass. Totally our fault, but just be aware.

Writing The glass is very nice but I wish the writing was bigger. It looks bigger and darker in the ad. Guess that’s because it already has a drink in it for contrast.

Its Glass!!!! I thought this was acrylic or just plastic, but its heavy duty glass. Super cute but if it was acrylic tumbler it would have been 5 stars.

Solid glass cup This was a solid glass cup. Personalization was good and readable as we did white letters on the olive green color. There was a seam line on the.back side of the glass or else we'd give it 5 stars. Would buy again.

 Not OverwhelmedBy Shopper (Ocala, FL) - November 15, 2020 The glass was shipped quickly and is heavy duty. However, it's really a little smaller than I'd like. Also, I think it would be so much nicer if you were given a choice of a colored bottom instead of clear glass. I'll still give it as a gift but not too excited about it now that I see it in person.

Party Cup The cup was very nice but I do not recommend choosing blue with white text because you can BARELY see it !

 DisappointedThis turned out much more plain than it seemed in the pictures. It was a nice thought, but I was disappointed in the end product, especially for the price I paid.

 Beware of the expensive gift boxesThe glasses are great. I was in a rush when I ordered these so that they would make it in time for my wife’s birthday and did not immediately notice I was charged $5 for individual gift boxes for each of the four glasses I ordered. I assumed that they would all come in a single gift box. As soon as I noticed I contacted customer service but they were unwilling to remove the gift boxes from the order. When they arrived they had the Personalization Mall logo on the top. Very tacky.
