Always great service! I have used PM for many many years. I understand the cost of doing business, but I miss the old ways of PM. With these glass/porcelain ornaments, you used to get a nice gold ribbon. Now it's a cheap piece of white ribbon. You used to get a nice burgundy case to pack it in. Now you get bubble wrap. However, the ornaments are awesome.

Perfect gift We created this hanger for our neighborhood gift exchange. Used two photos of the whole group (it took a little finessing to make it all fit). Both pictures included 2 spouses who had since passed away, and I know the widows will be thrilled to have this memento. Can't wait to pass them out to our friends next month.
The website itself can use some tweaking, to make it more user friendly. And I attached a pic, but it's not showing in the preview (needs tweaking).
If it's visible, you'll see that it is very blurry, the pics on the actual hanger, however, are clear.

Wonderful Christmas Ornaments Followed the instructions on centering my selected photos and aligning them on 4 ornaments. The red outline really helped line them up! Received them in two days, and they all turned out awesome! Was able to add a title to each picture on both sides of the ornaments. I was able to see what the exact ornaments would look like, and they arrived just as expected! Bought the felt bags for each to be stored in, great quality! Love these keepsake ornaments for my grandchildren!
