Nice I always give my kids an ornament at Christmas that is indicative of their year. My son and I took a trip together, so I created a photo ornament for him. I'm not as crazy about how the photos look in matte (I think they look better in glossy), but the large size only comes in matte. Regardless, it came quickly and looks just like the mock up, so I can't complain!

Great ornament By Shopper (Columbia, MO) - November 24, 2024 The metal ornament is my new favorite after ordering the traditional ornament for years. Very lightweight with very clear pictures. I would give it a 5 star except the edges are a little rough. I will definitely order the metal ornaments again!

Photo ornaments with pouches By Shopper (New London, MN) - November 22, 2024 I ordered double sided Christmas ornaments with velvet pouches. In the past, the velvet pouch was automatically included with the ornament at no extra charge. This year, it cost a dollar and a separate box had to be selected. I ordered 5 ornaments & wanted 5 pouches. Somehow I missed clicking the box to order a pouch for one of the ornaments. With the advanced technology that we have today, I wish they could have a reminder asking about the pouch. “You ordered 5 items but only 4 pouches.”

Picture Ornament I have been shopping with this company for a while and they never disappoint. As an extra birthday gift for my daughter this year, I ordered an ornament with pictures from her December wedding in 2023. The ornament came out beautiful except for the green tone, which made her white dress look more off-white. I emailed customer service and they answered right away willing to fix the problem. Nevertheless, when my daughter saw the ornament she loved it just the way it was.

Great as family tradition I use these ornaments as a family tradition to remember the most important events of the year during Christmas time. I have ordered them for more than 10 years, so we have the most important events of every year. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because they used to include a little bag to store the ornaments, and now they don't. But otherwise, I am very pleased with the product.

Packaging not what is used to be! By Shopper (Ozark, AL) - March 11, 2024 I have been ordering from PM for years. The quality of the ornaments has always been great. However, the quality of the presentation when delivered has diminished. In the past would receive the ornament in a velvet little bag for storing and keepsake protection. Not anymore! What happened? Just a little bubble wrap.

Perfect picture The ornament was great and writing on it also. I only gave 4 stars because It was missing the ribbon to hang it.

Product presentation lacking Ornament well done quality. Excellent turnaround time. Howvever, the ornament was sent in a bubble wrap packet. Previous purchases, ornaments came in a nice velvet pouch. Sad to see the cutbacks and shortcuts.

I only wish the text area was able to be moved as it was in the way of several of my portraits, and couldn’t be moved. I had quite a time of cropping.

One sided photo ornament Perfect ornament. Love it. Only issue was it was missing the box or bag I ordered additionally but I’m sure that was just an oversight during this busy season. Also does not come with the normal red ribbon to hang it on tree. It’s a perfect ornament though

One thing to note is that the pictures do not come out very vivid (there's like a haze over the top of the picture - you can see it in the sample I have provided with this review). It's possible its the type of file I sent, as all the ornaments I ordered were like that. I still liked the ornaments, just wish the colors were more vivid. This one in particular was a little disappointing with the hazy-ness.

Nice Picture wasn't as clear as shown online before ordering. Also the edges of the metal can be a bit sharp if little fingers mess with them. Other than that works fine for inexpensive, quickly delivered ornament.

The preview was slightly hazy which I was hopeful wouldn't be the case and it would come clearer. It did not it matched the preview to a T. It is not poor quality just the style of this ornament.

Tradition set I buy one of these every year for my daughter. It's a tradition that she loves. I always buy one of her children, however, this year the picture came out a little hazy. It might have been my fault with the photo but it's never happened before. I'm a little disappointed, but I'll definitely try again next year.

Beautiful ornament, some changes to process suggested By Shopper (Verona, NJ) - December 9, 2023 I have been ordering from Personalization Mall for years & have been extremely happy. I ordered 4 of these ornaments, 3 in one order and the 4th in another, all with different photos. The ornaments are beautiful, high quality & the personalization is great. But I am very unhappy with the fact that the velvet bags are no longer included. For the 4th order, I added the bag & a gift box, at an extra cost. The product arrived safely but the box was smashed and not fit for giving—the shipping cost was a whopping $10.99, which was upsetting when the box arrived in bad shape. I had to order the 4th one separately because of the challenges in getting the photo right so that no heads are cut off. The photo upload process should include the ability to move the photo and zoom in or out for better placement. All in all, these are beautiful ornaments & the personalization is great! But the high shipping cost and the removal of the included velvet bag are upsetting to this long-time customer.

Great quality I order several a year. However this year they did not come with the pretty velvet gift bag they have always came with.

Pretty good gift idea! The ornament is such a cute idea and was executed fairly well. However the photo was slightly blurry.

Sturdy I though I would try the metal ornament for a change. I always purchase the porcelain ones but wondered if the metal would be more sturdy. It's thin and not as pretty as my others but it won't break if the cat or toddler knocks it off the tree!
