Since it was so close to Christmas, I was a little worried about the shipping time, but it arrived early. When my mother open the gift, she cried and said it is beautiful. She immediately hung the ornament on the tree.

A perfect touch My dad passed away unexpectedly in April and I didn't want his face or presence to be forgotten not even a day during the holiday season. It was simply beautiful!!! It was very very special and beautiful. Unexpectantly, we lost both our parents in one year for different reasons. This was such a wonderful and special addition to our tree. I bought one for my siblings as well.

Christmas In Heaven My grandmother passed this year and I wanted to still celebrate Christmas with her. When I got the email about this ornament, I quickly decided I wanted that ornament and had to have it. I made one for me and my mother with a picture of us 3. I was very impressed with it and can't express how thankful I am to be able to have her with us this year. My mother too was in tears of happiness. This is a great ornament. I just wish it wasn't breakable. I have to put it up high on my tree and make sure my dog doesn't hit the tree that it will fall and break. Other then that, thumbs up for this amazing piece of art!

Christmas In Heaven Ornament By Shopper (Goodyear, AZ) - December 25, 2017 After losing my brother in July 2017 I wanted to commemorate him in some special way, several times throughout the season. Decided to visit PersonalizationMall.com !
The Christmas ornament that I chose worked wonderfully. I'm very pleased ! I ordered three more for his children. I'm sure they will like and appreciate the ornament very much!
One concern that I had was "where" (how low or high) the "hole" was going to be placed at the top of the photo. So I situated the photo so as to allow space for the hole that I knew was going to be placed at the "top" of the ornament, (so " extra space" had to be left above his head to allow for the hole.)--more space than shows in the photo below, so the hole ended up where it is shown. It worked well ! The only negative was that the holes on two ornaments were not centered at the top. Extra care should be placed as to where the Hole is put for string/ribbon. When it is "not on center", ornament looks crooked on the tree. Hole could be smaller.

Memorial ornament I had one of these ornaments made for both my mother and I. I lost my dad earlier this year and now I have a great picture of him on an ornament that I can hang every year on my tree the product was great and was shipped very quickly

Better than what I expected.. The size of the ornament is listed, however, bigger and better than what I expected. Nice weight to it. Really stood out on my tree. Gave it 4 stars only because it had to be remade. First one I received did not have the hole centered so it hung crooked. PM was awesome in correcting the issue and sending a new one very promptly.

Memorial ornament We ordered four of the Christmas in Heaven ornaments. Unfortunately one of the ornaments had a defect. I emailed personalization mall and they replaced the ornament for free!! I have been very pleased with the customer service and the other 3 ornaments that we received. We will definitely be ordering from here again!

Memorial Photo Ornament My order was received in a timely fashion - thank you! However, the last letter of the last name (r) is on the edge of the ornament instead of on the face of the ornament as it appeared in the preview of the order. It is acceptable because of the memory it displays, however, the ornament does not look like the preview I received before I placed the order. Other than this flaw, the item is a wonderful reminder of our loved one who is now in Heaven. This was a gift for my mom who said good-bye to my dad in October.
