My only problem and this is slight; is that part of the picture was cut off.
Even with that I really enjoyed the results!

Love Personalization Mall I have used Personalization Mall many times over the years having ordered wall art and ornaments that are personalized. I have always been pleased with the value for the money. The ease of ordering, and fast service have been excellent. Customer service is knowledgeable, kind and helpful.
This particular ornament was given 4 stars simply because it is advertised as “matte” finish, but the pictures ornament looks glossy, which is confusing. It does come in matte finish.
A beautiful keepsake.

 HoleI would have given this 5 stars based on the first ornament but I ordered 3 and 2 of them had a hole through my dads face which was very disappointing because they were for my mom and siblings, this is our first Christmas without my dad.

Late delivery I had ordered these on December 2 and it said I would have them in about a week. They were gifts for my 3 siblings. Our mom had passed away earlier this year. I was excited to get them in time to mail to them so they would have the ornaments to hang on their Christmas tree this year. Wrong!! They did not arrive until December 22. So disappointed. Love the product, hate I was told they’d be here in about a week.

NICE IT WAS NICE- BUT I HAD A VERY HARD TIME TRYING TO CENTER THE PICTURE. I TRIED FOR ABOUT AN HOUR SWITCHING EVERYTHING AROUND, THEN I GAVE UP AND JUST ORDERED. BUT IT IS A VERY NICE ORNAMENT.

Quality has changed This year I ordered this ornament for my girlfriend who lost her sister. It came out so blurry. I ordered it the year before for my husband who lost his brother & it turned out great!! I was so disappointed this year. Also the 2 birth announcement ones came out the same :(

Beautiful keepsake Loved that full picture was used. Didn't realize with porcelain there's no shine like glaze ones. Looks dull in comparison still an excellent way to memorialize mom.

Nice ornament I bought this as a gift for my daughter for Christmas so she'd remember her grandparents. The downfall was just that I thought it would have a glossy finish but it didn't. Other than that I loved the ornament

Heaven This ornament was my least favorite of many ornaments I have purchased. I knew it was a one sided ornament but did not expect the backside to be so plain! No color at all! I thought it would have some color on the backside. I almost did not send it to the person I purchased it for! I had to sign the back to make it look like a finished product. Usuall I am happy with your products.

Customer Service The product was good quality. My experience with the customer service team horrible.

quality of color The disk is fine. but I was dissapointed in the coloring. The colors on the ornament are a lot different than the picture.The green Christmas tree is almost black and his face looks like he was sunburned.
