 My favorite gift I gave this Christmas. I had issues with personalization also but a quick call into customer service three days before Christmas and my order was easily placed over the phone. I was even able to receive this item on Christmas Eve with expedited shipping. Since it was a gift I haven’t used the pieces myself but I think they looked great when this gift was opened. I plan to order another similar personalized items soon

This is a gift for my boss..so am not sure what the consensus will be.. visually looks great..lettering a little lighter on one side..but appears more authentic that way.

Great gift! I love this set, and am confident my son will love it too! Love the packaging! The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the writing is not as dark as the pictures show. The word Pizza is darker than the rest and it’s a little hard to see.

I was excited that the item came in a pizza box and thought it was such a cute way to package it, however, it came completely smashed to the point where I now have to find another box to put it in. It's way too damaged to gift as is.

Great Customer Service By Shopper (Dover, NH) - December 21, 2021 When the gift set arrived , the pizza box part of the gift set was torn and the printing on the pizza peel was very light. I contacted Customer Service. They responded very quickly and requested pictures of the defect. They quickly sent a replacement. The printing on the peel is not as dark as shown, but it is a very nice gift set.

The carved or wood burned area with the writing is very light. would have been better if darker so had more contrast. I didn't want to bother sending back. House warming gift. The pizza board itself is a little thinner then I expected but overall a very good value for the items. The cutter is heavy duty which is nice.

Lovely gift, but.... I felt the engraving could have been deeper and darker. It was disappointing. Photo was misleading and on both my gifts the engraving was very light.
I work in the industry and the company I work for engraves and lasers some of our wood gift items. I felt the engraving/lasering could have been deeper/darker as shown in your sample picture online. What I received was very light engraving.

Shade of printing I always like everything that I order from you; however this time I thought
the printing to be too light. Like it would be difficult to see across a room.
It appears lighter than the picture on 'your' page but more like the picture that I included. Just my thoughts. The bride (my granddaughter) may not notice it.
I don't see my picture. I hope that it goes through to you.

Pizza cutting board Looked great but when we cut pizza on it the wood was so soft it left cut marks.

Heads up on personalization error By Shopper (Vancouver, WA) - December 25, 2017 The only issue I have with this product is that the example shows the family's name as a singular possessive, but it should be a plural possessive with the apostrophe AFTER the "s" (see my photo). I ordered one following the example as a gift but the next morning realized the mistake and had to order another with the correct grammar and just keep the incorrect one.

Beware of personalization error By Shopper (Vancouver, WA) - December 8, 2017 Just a heads up on personalizing your order: The example shows the family's name as singular followed by an apostrophe then an "s;" however, the correct way should have the apostrophe AFTER the "s" since the family name is plural. I followed their example the first time I ordered but then realized my mistake and had to order a second time the correct way. At least we have the same last name as the gift receiver so we'll be able to use the "boo-boo" one ourselves.

Cute idea It was O.K. But not great. The box it came in was very cute. The pizza grill plate was nice. The pizza peel with the name on it was just fair quality.

Nice Wall hanging It is not quality enough to be food safe. The wood isn't sealed in the least. Many splinters on the surface. So it will just be hanging on the kitchen wall. My husband liked it so that's why I gave 3 stars and not 1. It is a very expensive wall decoration.

Nice I will say that my husband really likes it but at the same time, since I ordered this based on the example, all the letters on the left are considerably lighter in comparison to the ad.

Not as great as it looks The wood is very low quality. It has a very cheap look and feel to it. The pizza cutter isn't very sharp, and didn't even cut all the way through the pizza. The personalization looks very nice, but the overall quality of the products is not good. It's not worth the price I paid for it.

Poor Engraving The Engraving on my pizza peel is so faint one has a hard time reading the letters, i ordered this item on the basis of the preview photo, unfortunately is was so hard to read i will need to paint in the letters before i can hang it up. No, i would not recommend this item. Not worth the money or the disappointment of it.

 Not as described. The wood was extremely light and cheap. There is a huge purple line down the middle of the board and you can barely read the print!

Not worth it I bought this as a Christmas gift and was so disappointed when I received it. The quality of the wood is awful and it is very small. If I could return it I would, but it’s personalized.
