our 1st Christmas I love that this "our 1st" worked for a wonderful keepsake for my business partners ~ the thing i was disappointed in was that for the 2 sided option ~ you could only add a Picture ~ i would have liked to have the same sentiment on BOTH sides.

Loved the ornament! I purchased 2 ornaments that were two-sided, one personalized for new Dad and Mom and the other for new Grandpa and Grandma. The reverse side was a picture of the baby which I uploaded. Both ornaments were beautiful and well-crafted. They were a big hit and immediately placed on the Christmas tree! New grandparents ornament I love our ornament and would have given it 5 stars however I thought it would automatically have “and” between our names and ours doesn’t. So, it reads as Our first Christmas as Grandmommy Grumpy. There’s no “&” between our names. In ordering it only ask for name 1 and name 2, no place for me to put “&”. I’m trying to figure out how I can add it without making it look like it was added. Otherwise, we love it, great quality and beautiful!

Beautiful Well made and beautiful art work. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is "granny & pop" is hard to see. Would suggest maybe use hunter green (or color of tree)instead of the lighter/snow color.

Great Keepsake Ornament This is a wonderful little keepsake to help mark the year you first become Grandparents. I wish the tree was a bit smaller though to accommodate larger names. No way you could add Grandmommy & Granddaddy. And if that is what you’re called, it won’t fit on this ornament. But overall, it’s a nice keepsake.

Good Service Bought this for our parents for their first Christmas as grandparents. The first ornament came in incorrect and customer service answered our complaint very quickly ,resolved the issue and had a new ornament to us in a week. Will most def buy more things in the future
