I've purchased many of Personalization Mall's ornaments in the past. Most have a photograph and they are lovely, beautiful keepsakes that I will always treasure. I recently ordered this one for a friend with no photograph and was disappointed. The colors weren't sharp and the overall appearance was dull. Do not recommend this one.

Nice quality ornament but personalization was not as sharp as I expected. Address was a little smaller than expected. Still ok for the price and very timely shipping. Loved the drawstring bag.

Disappointed to open this up & see all of the writing blurry/out of focus & the hole for the ribbon off center. I’ve ordered many ornaments from personalizationmall.com with much better quality. This was an unexpected disappointment.

I ordered 2 of these in red, and I am disappointed in the quality. They have a very blurred look to them. The white writing looks pink because it is blurring with the red. The word "home" is not nearly as clear as it looks on the website. It has a very faded look to it. I am going to have to buy different gifts for my friends.

This order was shipped promptly… however, I will never order anything else from this company again… because of another order I ordered before this order that I still do not have… and it doesn’t look like I will have it before Christmas… (it was originally ordered on 11/29/21, and issued a FedEx label on 12/8/21 and never moved since)

Customer service is a farce.. they try to pacify you with generic email excuses…

Will not recommend or purchase anything else from this company ever…

The personalization on this ornament was not very vibrant, it look like the ink had missed on places. Pretty disappointed overall. I buy from here quite a bit and this was probably not a good product.
