 Better than expectedI bought this for my grandson and grand-daughter-in-law. I uploaded the photos and made the design from my smart phone! Came nicely wrapped in a blue pouch, just as I wanted and better than expected. I know they'll love this gift.

Do Not use white I wished they would have noticed that it was unreadable, and changed it to black. Which was too bad because that was the nice part.

Great Turned out great for my daughter’s first Christmas ornament.

Pretty ornament however... Very pretty! Heavy and durable. Picture quality was amazing. I ordered 3 different ornaments of this type, but the one I ordered with script lettering was blurry. The script was very bunched and blurry and it was black on a white background. The other lettering turned out wonderful.

Create a Memory I am thrilled to be able to give such a personal gift that will be a lasting memory. The one thing I do not like is the fact that the whole for hanging is right in the middle of the baby’s head. Perhaps there is a way to move the picture down and perhaps write the title in the upper corner.

Tree ornament picture blurred I have ordered tree ornaments before and have had my pictures come out clear. One side of this ornament appeared blurred. Very disappointed when it arrived.

2 sided photo ornament It was very difficult to fit a standard iPhone photo on the ornament. In addition when I finally thought I had the right crop and saved it, the finished product did not include the entire crop that was saved. Very difficult to get what I wanted on the ornament

Family vacation The ornament came out just like I thought it would and I'm okay with that. But, I really wish there were more options for rectangular ornaments with pictures on both sides. I love taking photos but the round ornaments often cause things to be cut off and that is disappointing. With a rectangular, two-sided option I could have ordered more of these for my whole family because no one would have been cut off.

Cute ornament The ornament is cute, I ordered two of these, both a little off center and one was replaced and came back a little better. I would order these again.

Picture Quality Could have been better I had purchased this ornament before and really liked it. I used a high quality photographer photo and the picture quality for this ornament I felt was not good. I was pretty disappointed. If I chose a different photo maybe it would have been better But, I was not thrilled with this one unfortunately. They have another ornament you can purchase that i loved.

Pretty but dark I was very excited about this purchase but was disappoited that the photos printed much darker than what I uploaded, making the writing almost unable to be seen. Unfortunately since it was a gift there wasn't time to exchange. The preview and actual product were totally different.

 Photos yellowedOur ornaments arrived completely yellowed out (not sure why because same pictures used on other items not yellow). The discoloration makes the message hard to see and the photos seem dirty :(

Bad quality I don't know why, the photos looked terrible. I thought it could be the quality of the picture, but I did the same photo in another website and worked pretty well. I liked the material of the ornament.

 Very disappointed I ordered this same product in 2021 for my daughter’s first Christmas and it was wonderful. I ordered this year for my sons first Christmas and its very unclear and hard to read the wording

Terrible I ordered several ornaments as gifts and was embarrassed to give them. They were fuzzy & pinkish. Very poor quality. I’ll never order again.

Quality Issue By Shopper (Sparks , NV) - December 15, 2017 I placed an order for 10 ornaments and received many dark images. I understand this may have been quality of my uploaded pictures, but the darkness was not as dark in the sample image. I also received two blurred images that did not look like that in the original nor the sample. I am extremely disappointed with the ornaments, but not much I can do about it so close to Christmas.

Photo Ornament The quality in the picture is horrible, it has a orange tint to it. I have been ordering these ornaments for the past 8 years, sadly the past 2 years the quality has gone down.
