Just what I had hoped for! This was a gift for friends who have recently lost their beloved pet. I am glad I gad it shipped directly to me as the pillow was compressed flat and therefore not huggable. I unpacked the pillow from the vacuum pack, it fluffed up immediately so I could put it in the case with their dog’s picture on it. It was a very successful and emotional gift!

Daughters Birthday Gift - Surprise I brought 3 pillows for my adult daughters that lost their dogs they never stop talking about them. When I found this item on Pesonalizaton, I thought this would be a great birthday gift. Since their birthdays are just 2 days apart. They loved them. They talk to their pillows everyday LOL.
