Perfect Keepsake of Our Pup I ordered this pillow as a gift for my mom for her birthday of her dog who had passed away. I absolutely fell in love with it, as did all of my family. Now, everyone wants their own pillow!! I definitely will be placing many more orders to come. The photo quality is good and the pillow is a great size.

Memorial Pillow I received this pillow as a gift when my precious golden Logan went to rainbow bridge. Within a month I had a friend who lost her 2 dogs. I ordered one each of these pillows. They were beautiful, and arrived before I thought they would. She LOVED them. Such high quality and the pictures came out beautiful.

Great customer service I received my pillow with a slice through the package and the pillow which I believe occurred during shipping. I contacted the company and sent photos of the damage. They replied immediately and sent me a new pillow at no additional cost. The quality of the pillow was great! I would definitely order from Personlization Mall again.

Memorial pet pillow Loved the quality of the picture on the pillow and the choice of sayings that were available...I’m very satisfied and the person that received it loved it...one thing I’m not fond of is the pillow itself...it’s too flat and I had to buy a different pillow for the picture case

Unfortunately, when received, the photo was not centered on the pillow (too much space on the bottom). It was well received by the recipient, but I was a bit disappointed.

Great CG The print looks so good on this pillow. The material seems to be very thick. The only reason I didn't give a 5 was because the pillow is very thin and not fluffy.

Amazing personalized gift We got this as a birthday present for a family member after his almost 20 year old cat passed away. He loved the sentimental gift. It’s a nice reminder that even though his Phoebe is gone, he can see her any time. The quality of the pillow case is amazing. I only dropped one star because the filling is a little light.

Pet Pillow was perfect... Ordered for a family member who’s dog passed and it was a sweet surprise. Tears in their eyes when they saw the photo of their loved dog that they can hold and hug again. The black and white photo was transferred with great quality and blended well with the white pillow. We ordered the 14 inch which was a good size. I give it 4 stars because the pillow can use more filling.

Bought for a friend My friend lost her beloved dog of 13 years unexpectedly and has taken it very hard, so when I saw the pillow, I thought it would mean a lot to her and it did. She hugs the pillow as if she is hugging the dog. The pillow is beautiful and not cheaply made, well worth the money. Shipping took longer than I thought, so you may want to choose express.

The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars, was because there was a little fuzz on his face that wasn’t on the original picture. Otherwise it’s perfect. The saying I chose for the pillow chokes me up every time I read it. I highly recommend this company. It’s very soft also.

One great, one disappointing I purchased two pillows with pictures of two kitties. One picture being a black kitty with a dark background I knew would be a problem and I adjusted it as much as possible to give a good definition and it looked great on the preview. The printed pillow is disappointingly darker than the preview picture. The pillow with the gray kitty had a brighter background and it came out perfect.

Very please will order again Ordered these pillows for my kids after the loss of our special pup. Then ordered another for a friend. The quality isn’t the best, meaning I would love to have a thicker cozier fabric to choose from but overall they are wonderful and the kids love them. Adding a picture was hard also but maybe I just didn’t have the best pics from my phone

Nice throw pillow I ordered this as a last-minute Christmas present and paid for expedited freight. It arrived as advertised. I was concerned at first since the pillow filling is vacuum packed and compressed so it appeared that it was just a pillow cover. After opening it though, it expanded and made a very nice sized and fluffy throw pillow. The picture came through nice and clear. The pillow has a nice satin finish/ feel. We're very happy with the pillow and will look to order again. I also ordered several items last year for Christmas from Personalization and was extremely happy with those items also.

Sweet memories This pillow allows me to always have my sweet girl in her place on the couch. The only thing to complain about is the pillow isn't fluffy.
