This was the first time I needed customer service assistance because my package appeared to be lost and they couldn't have been more accommodating. The reordered all of my items to be remade and reshipped within 24 hours. They agreed to RUSH ship to a new address because we would be out of town on the new delivery date, the package arrived and we were able to gift all the items in our package during our visit. Ornament Very well done! Very pleased. How it looked on the computer screen when ordering is how I received it. I have ordered from other sites and the lettering is too faint to read or they put a shiny finish on only the back side not the front etc. etc. This ornament was special to me as it was a photo of my Mom and I a few months before she passed away. Thank you for a wonderfully made memory.
