Well made. Comes with the nice pouch that personalization mall always provides along with a ribbon to hang the ornament if you don't like the original. The lettering/names are a little off center, but doesn't bother me too much.

I purchased one each for my grandsons. But was disappointed when they arrived. They were very drab. The writing was dull. Not the way the pictures indicated they would look. The wood was dull. I would never recommend this to anyone.

I received this and noticed the sled was crooked and the screw from the back was sticking through the front, which was sharp. I was giving this as a gift so I wrote to customer service hoping they would replace it. Instead, I received an email saying that if it were manufactured again, it would be manufactured the same way. I was not happy with this response or their lack of quality control. I've been a happy customer for 8 years, but will now rethink ordering from this site.
