Grandkid Mittens By Shopper (South Bend , IN) - July 22, 2019 I ordered one for my tree and one for each of my grandkids. When my children were younger I bought them ornaments every year as a stocking stuffer. After Christmas I placed them in a box with their name on it. When they left the nest I gave them their box with their ornaments. Planning to do the same with the grandkids. Really liked these mittens.

Looks great but smells These came and look amazing, but they smell so bad I felt like I was in a staining factory without ventilation. They've been kept in the garage to 'air out'. Its been a week and the odor has decreased but still present.

Cute ornaments! Received these cute ornaments promptly. They are definitely a much deeper red than appears on my computer monitor, as well as the detail and lettering is the color of the wood underneath, not white paint as it looks on the computer. Also, stringing them with green ribbon makes a prettier impact than the white ribbon included but that said, they were well made (no rough edges and the detail and lettering is neat and clear) and make a cute addition to the tree.

cute I bought two of these - one for each of my 2 granddaughters. They were as cute as the picture, but would have like it better if the red ribbon came attached. Actually the ribbon included was white. Not as cute as the picture, but still cute enough.

 Family Winter Mitten OrnamentsWas disappointed that one out of the 5 that I ordered had a different color to it. I understand variation, but it's totally different. Disappointed that they don't all match. I would have hoped that they would pick like coloring for all on one order.

 Cute but Very Strong OdorBy Shopper (Cranford, NJ) - December 17, 2017 These ornaments are cute and arrive as shown. However, they have a VERY strong odor. I had to throw away the cloth pouches that they came in. The odor just would not go away. I kept the ornaments out on a desk for 2 week, unwrapped. The odor is less but still present. I contacted Personalization Mall and was told the strong odor is the result of the etchings being burned into the wood. I had read another review mentioning the odor but decided to take a chance. I would not order or recommend this purchase.

 Not GoodThe Family Winter Mitten Engraved Ornaments were engraved beautifully. Unfortunately, there was a horrible chemical smell. I tried to air them out, it helped a little. Hopefully, in the future you can use a better smelling chemical for these items.

Flimsy By Shopper (Belleville, MI) - November 3, 2017 The wood used to make this ornament was flimsy and not worth the money. I would not buy another ornament made out of this material again. Very disappointed.
