Great product and even better customer service The bears were a perfect memorial for friends who just lost their grandmother. The quality was good and the bears are soft and adorable. I had an issue with the product (completely my mistake) so I called customer service and they immediately fixed the situation for me. They were amazing.

We just lost our mom/wife on October 22nd. It does seem to help to be able to physically hug the bear and envision hugging my mom. We love them, and I would highly recommend them for anyone struggling with the loss of a loved one.

Wonderful little gift I bought this for my young student who lost her mom to cancer. My student is only 4 so she is processing things like a 4 year old does. However she loved the bear and kept holding it as she went to say goodbye to her mom at the visitation. I know she will continue to hug and love it as she continues to process this tragedy.
