We were is happy to find this website but not sure what the end product would look like - would it be cheesy looking - well it was NOT. It was PERFECT! It is not plastic, it was porcelain as the website stated. This is ornament was perfect and the receiver was thrilled - they said "We just received the BEST ornament I've ever seen!" Of course the pic we put on it help! lol We will be ordering more of these special ornaments customized for others going forward!

Christmas ornament I ordered an ornament for my sister, and the finished product exceeded my expectations! It was worth the price I paid, and was very securely shipped. There was a little bit of a learning curve for me with the photo set up, but I would definitely do it again!

A wonderful keepsake- Holly Branch Deluxe Photo Slim Globe Ornament This is the third Christmas my girlfriend and I started creating ornaments using our favorite picture of the year . The first year she bought an ornament to put our picture in. Last year we were at a hotel that had a ceramics workshop and made our own. This year I ordered the Holly Branch Deluxe Photo Slim Globe Ornament. It's beautiful, if a bit pricey... but hey, it's one of a kind, right? I was pleased enough with it to order 3 more ornaments of my new twin grandbabies. One for us, one for the parents, and one for the other grandparent.

If I've ever had a problem with anything, they're very good at correcting any errors (on their part, which is to be expected, make sure you check all you're detailed information before submitting) and those in customer service are very helpful AND easy to get in touch with. I will continue ordering specialty ornaments and gifts from Personalization Mall.

Worth every penny I ordered these for friends as part of a Christmas exchange that we do. The pictures were put on there perfectly and they were loved by the recipients. They were a little more expensive than I normally tend to spend on ornaments but these were worth every single penny.
