Elated! I recently sent this to my niece who lost her dog which actually was a family dog. Her and my mother was elated to get it. My niece sleeps with it every night so she feels close to her sweet girl who passed and her extra sweet niece in the photo with her. She was a loved dog for sure!

I was a little confused because I didn’t know the white pouch was THE pillow but I figured it out once I opened it.. LOL. but I do recommend this pillow because it’s soft and the quality is pretty great.

Perfect present I bought this for my daughter. We kept her dog for five months while she got settled into her new home. She loves it. Such a good choice for someone who loves dogs. The fabric is so soft. She liked that you can remove the pillow to wash it. It was the perfect present

Pet memory pillow Our puppy recently passed away and he was our daughter's "best friend." She constantly mentions how much she wants to see him. Found a good picture of him and had it put on a pillow- beautiful keepsake. Packaged well so it's protected. Pillow is vacuum sealed so it originally looks thin. Once you break the seal on the pillow it expands/fills out. I can't wait for my daughter to open this! Even bought two more with different pics for other family members!

So Darn Cute!! I ordered this as Christmas gift for a "hard to buy for" person on my list. I definitely feel it will hit the mark. The colors are vibrant and the fabric is soft. It also seems well constructed.
I did deduct a star for the actual pillow form. It lacks the plumpness to fill the pillow out to the corners and is a little too flat. I went to the local craft store and replaced it for a form that will finish this gift off properly and make it stand up and out on a sofa, chair or bed.
As always, PM delivered quickly and it was very easy to order this pillow. I can't wait to give this one of a kind gift that I know the recipient will love!

Cute pillow, not “velvet” This pillow arrived very quickly - a day before expected. It was in perfect condition and the picture was exactly as shown in my order. The packaging was great too. The only reason I’m not giving it a 5 out of 5 is because the description said “velvet” and the material does not feel soft like velvet.

Only gave it 4 stars as i was hoping for a more substantial fabric. That said as everything ive ever ordered has been excellent and recipients have been very happy. Personalization Mall has been my go to place for many unique and high quality gifts! From cookbooks, to glassware,to door mats PM doesn't disappoint!

I was advised to cut the end of the insert open to allow the contents to expand, which I thought was strange. I followed the instructions but it still did not expand enough to completely fill out the pillow.
