Great Apron material By Shopper (LAKELAND, FL) - February 21, 2024 This is a great quality apron. The only reason I gave 4 stars is the only option for the color apron is white. It would be nice to have at least 1 darker color option, black maybe? Grilling is messy and it would be nice to have a darker option to hide the stains. Washing does not always get out the stains.

Great idea This is a Christmas gift. I can't wait to see his face when he opens it. Won't know how to rate it until then. The personalization looks great on the hot pad. Can't see the print on the apron from the way it is folded.

Great Gift I got this for my Brother in Law as he adores grilling and smoking meats in the backyard. My only gripe is that the apron cannot be a customer color such as black... I would prefer for an apron not to be white, but other than that it's a great gift for him or anyone who grills!

He’s a fairly big guy,however, so when he put it on I was more than a little concerned about the fit. It’s just not made to fit all sizes and there are no adjustable straps or ties to accommodate a bigger guy. I confess I never even thought about size when I ordered it, but as great as the apron is, the size runs small to medium. Any guy over 6’ is gonna make it look like he has someone else’s grilling apron on.

Chefs Apron The apron arrived on the date I expected, since I paid extra. The apron itself was fine but the strap that goes over the head was sewn in twisted. Disappointed.

Cute Idea! The idea of this custom pot holder is really cute and unique! I think you should offer other colors besides sterile white. You know this thing is going to get filthy! It does go great though with the cutting boards! Not sure I would order this one again. Kinda boring!

 Terrible Customer ServiceBy Shopper (Maineville, OH) - December 30, 2020 I ordered the apron on December 3rd. The apron I received was incorrect. The personalization listed on the label on the bag was correct, but the wrong apron was put inside the bag.
I emailed Personalization Mall on December 13th explaining the error and told them I needed the replacement for a Christmas party on December 20th and asked them to confirm. I received what appears to be a form letter response letting me know a new apron would be sent.
I did not receive the apron by December 20th as requested, in fact, I did not receive it until after Christmas.
When I emailed for the replacement, according to their "Christmas Countdown", there should have still been time to get orders by Christmas. I guess that was just for new orders, but not replacement orders they screwed up. They already had my money, why prioritize it over new orders? Unless you value customer service.
I understand mistakes happen, but they did not acknowledge or meet my request or even get it in time for Christmas.
The apron and personalization is of good quality for the price, but it doesn't matter.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Will not order from them again!
