I loved the color and the personalization of this product. I am however a little disappointed in the plushness of the towel itself. Although I realize that it is not a bath towel, I just wish it was a little thicker. Thank you

Beach towels

The quality of the beach towels was better than expected, after reading reviews. However, Navy looks more like blue and Coral looks more like pink in person. I paid extra for expedited shipping, but the shipping vendor dropped the ball on that. Personalization mall did refund the shipping charge.

Beach Towels - OK but hmmmm

These towels have standard terry cloth on the back side. The printed side is clear and feels very soft, like velour. When you rub the printed side, the sheen changes. I don't particularly like the effect, thus the 3-star rating.

An improvement to the product would be to use a standard feel beach towel that has a wide rim on the end used for the personalization OR more ink absorbency during the printing.

My order was extremely late and it missed my wife's birthday. I paid extra for shipment and it missed the time frame i was promised it would be delivered.

Disappointed with the material!

I thought I was getting nice good quality towels for the price. However, I was disappointed at how thin the towel was. It was more like a thin blanket or something you put on the wall for display. Not the quality you will expect for a towel. Very thin should be added to the description.

This is seriously the cutest concept, yet they should have made the w, then began the ifey after. If you did not see the hubby and wife towels together, you would be staring wondering, Does that say...??

Very disappointed with the product I received. The response I received from quality review was that I should smooth out the towel and this will take the streaks away. The photos shown here are the towels smoothed out. I was told thats how the towels are manufactured which is not true because I previously ordered these same towels and they looked nothing like this. Disappointed with the customer service I received. Apparently they don't really mean 100% satisfaction guarantee.
