I decided to order a wood angel for a friend like the one I received in memory of my mother. When I received it the printing was much lighter and hard to read the small print. I emailed customer service and they sent me a replacement very quickly. I have to say that I was very pleased with the way they handled this! I will be ordering from Personalization Mall again when I need a special gift in the future!

I saw this wooden angel and knew this was what I was looking for so I read the reviews and they were all positive. I ordered the angel and waited for the delivery. I opened the box and it was perfect. I am very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for this type of gift. I gave the angel to my friend which it brought tears to her eyes and she now has it sitting on her fireplace mantle. Great purchase!

I ordered several to give to my sisters and my mother. I love that you can choose the color of some of the words and customize it for your lost family member. Very happy with my Angel I been looking for a Angel with this saying, Heaven In Our Home and that would allow me to put my own personal saying on it. PersonalizationMall allowed me to do that. I also ordered not only one for myself, due to the passing of my mom, but for my daughter and niece, and I was able to personalize theirs different then mine in the same order. Heaven In Our Home The angels arrived exactly as ordered. Everyone who received one liked the angel very much. We were a family of seven sisters. Now the chain is broken as one has passed away. This is a constant reminder we will all be reunited again.
I was disappointed that you only sent me one message to include. I ordered seven so I had to make my own gift message for the other six.

Beautiful We lost our family in the Miami collapse building and wanted to gift this to my mom and other family that has helped us thru this moments. The angel is a nice size, the wording is good and also the material. I would have give it 5 stars if it would have let me write more letter in the names. I would have love to say Frankie, Annie & Luis A. and there where two more names that I would have add.
