I called customer service and they replaced it, immediately, and made sure it was expedited shipping. I order from them all the time. Personalized gifts are, so thoughtful and more appreciated than a generic gift. Beautiful My purchase turned out beautiful. They are good quality coasters. I wish there was padding between each one in the shipping box as the bottom one had a small chip that was loose in the box. Regardless, I would order again. Shipping was fast and communication was great.

The stone is water absorbing as ice melts in your drink and the sweat forms at the bottom of the glass. The glass doesn’t stick to the coaster or vice versa. Great product
