Attractive coaster I purchased these for several of my family members. They really liked them and found them to be quite attractive. One of them came broken, but the company quickly replaced them without question. One thing I did note was that the cork on the back was not very well centered on several of them. Not a big deal because you can't see them, but seems that they could take a little more care attaching them. All in all a good product.

Unique But Varied By Shopper (Conyers, GA) - January 14, 2022 I ordered a set of these personalized coasters as a Christmas gift, but didn't open before giving. Wish I had because they came with broken and chipped pieces, but the company replaced them. These are really beautiful coasters, but they are natural stone, so each one is unique in color and composition. Some are heavily marbled, others are solid, some have deep rivets and geode like clefts, while others have chips out of the sides. Out of 2 sets sent to me I still had trouble choosing 4 that were cohesive or without visible clefts and hollowed out side sections. Overall it's a nice product, but be aware of the possibility that you won't get 4 perfectly matched, square coasters like shown.

Stone Coasters-great buy! Set of 8 that arrived in nice condition and appropriately packaged. Like the cork bottom and feet to protect the surfaces they sit on. Haven't used them yet, but LOVE the design and the color was true to what was online.

Christmas gift Very nice, good and heavy. The cork bottoms are a little askew, but overall very nice. Family loved them.

Only issue was I ordered blue and they sent silver. Still pretty but not as I ordered so took off one star.

Tumbled stone coaster review The coasters were as pictured on the web sight. I was disappointed that the cork backing on two coasters was crooked and extended over the side of the coasters. That was fixable with a utility knife. My order was filled quickly and arrived within several days.

Love the coasters, but not happy with customer service I purchased these pretty stone coasters as a housewarming gift and was very pleased with the product I received. However, I was quite disappointed to find that one of the four coasters was cracked off at one corner, exposing the cork backing. I was even more disappointed that customer service felt that the damage was acceptable and would not replace it. Quite frustrating to spend money on a damaged product.

All good but one Ordered three sets of coasters and three holders. Coasters were 2 with F and Foerster. One set was P with Payne. One of the Payne coasters is broken on the corner...missing the corner actually. I would love to have just one coaster with P Payne to replace the broken one as this is a Christmas gift.

Personalized coasters By Shopper (Georgetown, TX) - December 2, 2021 Nicely designed, heavy stone coasters have felt underneath for scratch proof use. They are nice quality and are shipped in a little box, ready to wrap as gifts. I hope the personalization does not wear off easily with use. Only time will tell.

Coasters I ordered 4 sets. They look great but one was broke and I suggested they wrap each coaster no packing in the box itself. We glued it and it looks fine. But just the fact we had to glue a new purchase!! May not order from them again!!

Tumbled stone coasters Overall an awesome product. Of the 12 sets I ordered, two individual coasters had a deep crater in the middle. Just looks bad.

Slightly Disappointed By Shopper (Milton, DE) - November 30, 2021 Don't get me wrong...I was surprised how beautiful these coasters were. However, two out of four of them were chipped slightly. Because of the material, it looks natural, so I will keep them. I did not pay for the extra "gift packaging" so the tiles were just in a bare brown box. They should have been protected better for shipping.

Some broken, packaging could be better - great customer service I'd give a 5 star if nothing broken. I ordered two sets, on each set the top coaster was chipped and in one box, a bottom was chipped. Oddly enough, no broken pieces in the box so it had to happen before shipping. I opened a case, uploaded pictures and within days I had another set.

Love them By Shopper (Toms River, NJ) - November 19, 2021 They came quick, but a few (I bought multiple sets) came with chips on the corner. Personalization handled this immediately and are replacing the damage items.
They are a nice weight, the lettering, etc excellent. Love them.

Coasters Would have given 5 stars but, I would have liked the color to be bolder. I know it's stone but I have some where the color doesn't look faded.

Great Customer Support Items looked terrific but unfortunately two of four were slightly damaged. But within hours of emailing them they agreed to send replacements. Great customer service. Very happy with this company and the products.

Very Nice. I had ordered 4 different sets of Farmhouse tumbled stone coaster sets for gifts. Out of the 12 coasters only 1 coaster contained a chipped off edge, all the others were perfect.

Nice gift These coasters are nice and heavy. I’m giving them as a wedding present and I think they’ll be warmly received. Only warning is the sides can be chipped and there can be cracks down the middle. I assume it’s variations in the marble but I took one star off because some may not like this “rustic” look that makes them appear broken or damaged.

Gifted coasters I gifted this set of lovely stone coasters, Presently I have no idea how well they work. I must say that I was expecting them to be complete with a holder...after recieving,I even considered ordering a holder but don't think they'll fit in the wood stand you offer.
