Great Christmas Gift The coasters came designed better than expected. I would actually give 4.75 stars, but that is not an option. The reason for the lower rating isn't quality, but a couple coaster sets we purchased were suppose to be brown. The color is more olive than brown. We did not return them, because the color will work for the people we are giving them to.

Coloring I really love this product and it was perfect for a bridal shower gift! The only problem that I had was one of them a little bit of pink in it which the rest of them didn’t.

Nice coasters, bad cork backing job The coasters are really nice. A better job could have been done on the gluing of the cork backing. It was crooked and lapped over the edges on all 4 of them. I had to trim it the best I could. I was really disappointed in that.

The other two sets were perfect. I called customer service and they sent me a new set without any hassle. So I was very pleased with the customer service I received. Also this was the first thing I have ever had to send back and I've ordered several things. Great work and great products.

Color is great and unique traits of the stone are not bad. My only qualm is that I can see the vinyl adhesive sheet, so it looks slightly cheap. I thought it was going to be stamped on.

Aqua coasters They turned out great and my friend loved them as a wedding gift. Only thing was we ordered aqua and it looked gray. Had I known that I would have went with a darker color.

Stone too distressed By Shopper (Dumfries, VA) - August 21, 2019 The lettering on the coasters was very nice, but I was disappointed in the overall condition of the stone. I know it’s stone and has a natural look to it, but there were a couple chips in the stone that take away from the quality of the coasters. One coaster literally had a part of the corner missing - I put that one on the bottom where it can’t be seen.

Great Gift The coasters did come quickly and are like the picture although it was wrapped there was an area that was chipped not big but besides that it was a great gift and my boss loved it as it was a small gift to congratulate her on her new home.

Super cute, but... By Shopper (Eureka, MO) - July 16, 2019 These coasters were super cute. However, for a breakable item, they weren’t packed well, and one arrived cracked in half. The company immediately responded to my customer service request and replaced the broken coaster. BUT, the replacement arrived cracked! Ahhh, cute, but I’m done! I meant the set to be a wedding gift, but I can’t keep waiting for replacements.

Quality isn’t the best I ordered 8 custom coasters. They got to me with chips, which may be explained because they are made of stone. They have cork on the bottom and a polished top. The image on it looks awesome. My one disappointment is one, in particular, is chipped so badly on the bottom that the cork is unsupported on one corner. I plan to order 8 more, however. Very classy table addition.

 Stone CoastersThese were a nice item…but the stone was chipped and very rough around the edges. Otherwise, they were nice,nice monogram, and heavy weight.

Tumbled Stone Coaster Set I like the coasters a lot and I am giving them as a house warming gift.
The color Teal font I selected was very light and hard to see. Please pick the darkest color they have and you will be 5 star pleased.

Disappointed Two out of four had significant chips on the corners. One chip large enough to see the cork on the bottom. It’s was not chipped in shipping because no chip pieces were found in the box. This was purchased as a gift. Your quality assurance should have caught this before shipping. Shipping was on time and I do love the coasters. I just wish they were not chipped.

Coaster I've ordered this item before with no problem, but this time I am not happy. The tile has deep holes, also some kind of green color on part of one tile. Very poor quality this time.

Size of letter Very nice and good quality. Only thing I would say is the letter in the center is way to large. Would have looked nicer if it was smaller and centered.

Coasters Coasters are very nice and personalization looks very pretty. One coaster was broken, so that’s why I can’t give higher rating. This made it difficult because it was a gift

A little too rustic These coasters would have gotten a 5 star rating but two were chipped with the pieces in the box. One set had the cork underside completely off center to the point that one was not even fully on the coaster and had to be trimmed off. Really cute pattern and design, but sloppy assembly and packing.

Problems with orders I have ordered seven sets of the coasters. Two of the orders had one coaster that was broken. The company would NOT replace the one coaster, and on the other order, I have sent in pictures and have not heard from them if they will replace this one or not. Unfortunately, I am not a happy customer !!!! I would not recommend this company.

Fine but not centered By Shopper (Dublin, OH) - November 10, 2021 So overall these coasters are very nice, they are heavy and really made from real stone slabs. Just be warned the print is not centered on the coaster as shown in the picture below. The wreath part is centered and then the name is below, mostly on top of the coaster but mine was running off the bottom of the coaster slightly even on a couple. However I know these were not expensive and it is not bad enough for me to return, just not that "professional look". Be warned the bottom corners are not sanded down so they are sharp so they could cut into your table top if dropped or not laying perfectly flat. Overall decent product, just don't expect perfection

The coaster set I ordered was in a box but no cushion of protection so 2 of the set of 4 were broken or chipped. I'm awaiting their response which not yet received.

Personalized coasters. Good quality coaster. Personalization is nice but not centered on all coasters. The placement varies and isn’t consistent or straight on all of the items. Overall a nice product just a bit disappointing

Damaged Coaster Being Replaced By Shopper (West Nyack, NY) - July 22, 2021 These coasters arrived in a secure box and have a natural stone look and feel to them. However, when I opened the box there were small pieces of stone. I understand this is tumbled stone, but there shouldn't be any sharp edges. One of the coasters was damaged in this way. I called Customer Service about this issue; my call was answered pretty quickly--rare these days. I was happy to know that I will be sent a replacement coaster next week. Since this is a gift, I don't want to be giving someone a damaged product. The imprinting on the coasters came out really nice.

Coasters Coasters are beautiful and excellent quality; however, one of the coasters in the set had 2 brown spots on the white stone.
