 question the permanence of personalizationThese coasters are very heavy and, with the nice cork backing, will protect tabletops well.
As advertised, the edges of the coaster are rough stone. There a chips out of the top surface which I think are attractive and I hope will keep the coaster from "sticking" to the bottom of a glass.
My concern is the permanence of the personalization on the top of the coaster. I envisioned the printing etched down in the stone. It is not, nor is it very thick printing. Time will tell.

Beautiful The coaster turned out very nice however one was chipped off on the corner....I sent a picture of this to the seller and i never heard anything back from them...so my 3 coasters look very nice. The seller needs to stand behind their products though.

Disappointed in final product I ordered three sets and the first one I opened was disappointing. I expected the coloring to somewhat match but two are a significantly darker shade. Two also look like they had corners broken off, more than a typical distressed look I would expect. I haven’t seen the other two yet as they were gifts.

Nice coasters, poor packaging... I love these coasters and they are beautiful, however could only give 3 stars as one was broken upon arrival. This ruined the set which was a housewarming gift.

Corners broken I ordered two sets of these coasters as gifts. When I received them the corners were broken off of some of them.They do not look “rustic”, they look broken. Would not recommend.

Coasters are average The lettering personalization is blurred. Coasters are chipped around the edges. Biggest flaw is the personalization.

 Personalized Stone CoastersI have ordered several of these in the past and have always been pleased. I am not sure what has changed but the quality of the photos on the coasters and there are extremely deep large gouges in the stone that distort the photos. I ordered 5 sets as gifts for Christmas and all have severe imperfections. I was so excited for these and sadly now very disappointed at the quality.

Disappointed I am disappointed in the quality of these coasters. There are alot of blemishes, marks, paint and other things on these coasters that lessen the quality of this product. They are rustic, so I understand if there are some imperfections, but I think the imperfections are excessive and, really, unacceptable. I bought them for our personal use, so I’ll overlook that, but do not recommend them to give as a gift.

Farmhouse Floral coasters The coasters were nice....but the personalized printing was off center and printed at the top of the coaster instead of in the middle.

Farmhouse Floral Coasters I ordered 5 sets of the Farmhouse Personalized Tumbled Stone coasters as Christmas gifts for family members and was disappointed in them. I understand the nature of the stone is rustic and rough cut but several of the coasters has large chips in the corners making them appear as they were broken. Also, the personalization on some of them was very off center. To me the workmanship was very sloppy and rushed. I'm struggling as to whether or not I can even give them as gifts.

Chipped Disappointed in this item. It’s super cute and could have been a good gift, but they were chipped. I realize they are stone but this was actually chipped and not just the stone itself.

Poor detail and poor service By Shopper (Carmel, IN) - December 9, 2020 I've shopped with this company before but I am extremely disappointed this time. I bought these as a Christmas gift and the design on the front was completely off centered for all 4 coasters. This was extremely disappointing to see when I opened up the package. You'd think that they would at least look to make sure the design is adequate and centered before sending it my way. No one wants to pay $30 for a poorly finished product. I emailed them to see what can be done and of course no response and now I'm worried its a little too late to get this fixed in time for Christmas. They also turned their phones off, because they are too busy? The only reason I give it a two instead of a one is because the quality of the coasters is actually really nice and if the product wasn't off centered I'd be really happy. I'm just pretty disappointed with this whole experience.

Print is not centered This would be cute if the print was centered but the ones I received all had the print all the way to the left. I called customer service but got a work call while on wait for 30 minutes and had to get off. Will try again to see what I can do. It’s a gift for my parents and I don’t want to give it to them like this.

Personalized tumbled coaster set The personalization and navy coloring on the coasters was great and as expected. The edges of the coasters, though a “tumbled” style, had obvious chips on some corners and one coaster had a crack throughout which only held together due to the cork backing. I am disappointed in this product and will be returning them.

Disappointed By Shopper (Columbus Junction, IA) - July 9, 2019 I ordered 12 sets (48 coasters) of the Farmhouse Floral Personalized Tumbled Stone Coaster Set in advance for Xmas gifts and was disappointed when they arrived. 8 coasters were either cracked or chipped and I will not be giving them away. I contacted customer support and sent pictures of the 8 coasters in question and was told that was the design of the coasters. They did send me 4 new coasters but not all 8 and I was very disappointed in the quality of the replacements. One family member will not be getting coasters as I will not reorder again and take the chance of receiving cracked or chipped ones again.

 Disappointed in product -Farmhouse Floral Personalized Tumbled Stone Coaster SetBy Shopper (Chicago, IL) - December 11, 2023 I'm disappointed in the coasters, in my original order one of the coasters was chipped in the corner. Upon receiving the reorder, 3 out of 4 coasters have small chips that are noticeable. I understand the stone has a "natural" look, but these are chipped.
I would not order again.

Arrived Damaged By Shopper (DeWitt, IA) - March 21, 2023 Was very disappointed in the quality of this item. Was purchasing for my niece's bridal shower. Three of the coasters edges were chipped and one had a crack running through it. Not something you would want to give as a gift. Will be returning.

Poor quality! 3 of the 4 coasters were damaged by cracked corners and/or cracks within the coaster making them look fragile. These were supposed to be a Christmas gift and not pleased with the quality at all! Very embarrassed to give to anyone looking like they do!

Very poor quality Disappointed in these personalized coasters. Very poor quality, even had to remove and reposition one of the cork backings as it stuck way out from under the coaster. Would not order again.

Blurry image Unfortunately, the quality is not good. The design is blurry and looks like someone just stamped the personalization on the coaster. Does not look professional. Would not recommend.

Dissatisfied By Shopper (Mountain View, MO) - September 28, 2020 I ordered several sets of these coasters for gifts. They arrived promptly and all my coasters except one was perfect. When I sent a picture of the damaged item, the company stated that this was a normal flaw that should be expected. Since, they are unwilling to fix the issue, I will not leave a good review or be ordering anything else from this company.

Pretty but not good for cold drink These coasters are beautiful but placing a cold beverage on them results in a wet mess. The condensation from the glass puddles on the coaster, drips down the sides and soaks into the bottom. Fortunately, I discovered this before my furninture was ruined. A hot drink works fine. But I am disappointed.
