High quality teamed with great customer service The quality of these coaster are unmatched. They are beautiful and the recipient of this gift was excited to receive it. The only issue I had was that the wrong family name was on the coasters. When I sent an email to customer service just six days before Christmas, I never expected they would be able to make the coasters and get them here in time. Yet 2 days before Christmas, the correct coasters arrived. FABULOUS customer service in a world that doesn’t seem to care any more! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

great gift ideas I bought these for my staff for a Christmas gift and they loved them. Very timely with the order and product delivery. I was so pleased, I told my sister and she orderd over 30 of them. I would recommend the darker print colors for the engraving... But very nice product !
