Perfect!!! I was very pleased with this product! I purchased this for our friends that just became first time Grandparents! I included baby's name, his initials. Grandparents, parents, peace, love, joy, a star is born, the moment a child is born so is a Grandmother, Grandfather. Since there is only one granchild , I used up all the spaces, viewed item & modified it until I liked it. To respect their privacy, I can't show it here. LOVED IT!!

So pretty! This heart is so pretty when the light shines through! I love the gray color option I purchased. It looked exactly as the preview pictured. If you don’t have 21 names, fill in with extra words like love, laugh, family, etc to avoid repeats (it will default to repeating names if less than 21). I put in names, hit preview, and rearranged the order of them until I was happy with the placement. Grandma loved it!

Features The site is a great place to buy personalized gifts. This item is a really nice way to create a family tree that is in the shape of a heart.
Since I purchased this item as a gift, it would have been nice to include a note as a way add an expression such as "Happy Holidays" or "Happy Birthday" and to let the recipient know who sent the item.

If I have any gripes it would be that if you didn’t use enough names it would display some names twice. I would rather the names be stretched to cover the whole heart. Still I was very, very happy with my purchase and will be ordering again.

Heart Keepsake If you do not have 21 names to put on there, your names will be shown doubled or tripled on the heart. I was in between on that. There should be an option to how many times you want your name to appear if you do not have 21 names.

Quality It came out pretty cute! But the price verses the quality are not as evenly matched. The price is a little higher than how the quality of the product came out. It is slightly grainy or blurry looking, which is a little disappointing since it's just text and not a supplied photo. But overall, I think the recipient will like their gift:)

Cloudy Well when I recieved the product it was smaller than I thought..and it was not as clear as I saw on the computer it was a little cloudy but other than that the person I gave it too Loved it!!

Colored heart My friend was happy to receive this keepsake, which warmed my heart, but it is so small it can only be used as a paper weight. I purchased three of these, on for my daughter, sister and best fiend, and I'm sure they're wondering what I was thinking, buying this tiny item as a gift

 It was okI purchased this gift for my grandma. When I finally gave it to her a few days later, we both saw it for the first time together. I will say that I was disappointed about the coloring, it was not as bright as listed on the website. Also, it had a scratch on it and a few names were duplicates or ineligible. I will not purchase this again!!!

Make sure you use all 21 spaces or it will reuse names at random! Extremely unhappy with how this arrived. Upon calling customer service they state the description says names will be reused if you don’t use all 21 spots-I didn’t see that. I was told I could have filled the spots in with other things like the teachers name and/or date...would have been nice to know that ahead of time. I will never order from here again and frankly embarrassed to give this as a gift.i was offered a 25% discount on reorder which is nothing! Beware of this company!
