Beautiful memorial This was a gift for my son, who we lost at birth, godfather. He hung it in his kitchen window and when the sun shines through, many little rainbow colored shapes are created. It is the perfect memorial for our son. The round metal engraving is about the size of a quarter. I wish a bigger size option was available for this gorgeous product.

Very pretty I was thinking they were going to be a little bigger but they were very pretty. A little smaller than 9” and writing is small but just like the description.

Lovely This was a gift to my mother as we lost my grandmother last November. It was very lovely and beautiful but it came with a couple scratches on the metal plate. I thought they were scuffs like I could wipe off but they were scratches which was kind of disappointing. It didn't take away from the meaning of the gift and my mom loved it and of course you never know how it got there, so I would definitely recommend this.

Pretty but hard to read The writing was in an odd cream color so made it a little difficult to read but a beautiful piece otherwise, got them as gifts, they both loved them.

beautiful memorial Purchased the ocean style crystals and it really is beautiful hanging in my kitchen creating rainbows. It appears almost exactly like photo on site, arrived extremely fast and well packaged. I wish you could customize for a longer chain and the silver medallion could be a little stronger. Overall, it is a very nice item and seeing the rainbows in the kitchen provide comfort.

 Cute but not what I expected This is really a neat piece in remembrance of my Dad. However, it was so so tiny for the price. I honestly was expecting something 3-4 times the size of what it was.

Karen's memory The sun catcher itself is "cute" very small. I think the hanging chain is included in the measurement. Disappointed.

Expectations The product itself is a cute idea. However, I had higher expectations, the metal piece was very flimsy and cheap, it also came very scratched and overall poorly executed. The crystals are adorable, and like I said the idea is very cute. But I had higher expectations for this as a whole.

Nice but It's very pretty but it isn't worth the price. Not even the sale price. If the personalization isn't important, you can do much better elsewhere. Essentially, you are paying for the personalization which in this case is a great portion of the price. Sometimes however, that aspect is everything.

Disappointed This was a gift for my sister who lost her husband. While the crystals were very pretty the disc which was engraved was very thin and quite frankly looked cheap as did the chain and hook. This is the first thing I have ordered that I was disappointed with. The disc also had some sort of sticky stuff on it as well as a few small scratches. I was able to wipe off the sticky stuff and the scratches are not that noticeable unless looking at it at an angle. But for the price it did not seem equal to the quality. I have bought similar suncatchers with sentiments on them for less than $10 which were better quality than this. But pay more for the personalization I guess. My sister liked it however.

Packaging I am a little disappointed after receiving this gift. It is beautiful except the packaging quality is very poor. It was just placed loosely in a bag so the personalized portion of this is, the thin silver medallion is scratched.. Maybe you can figure out a way to protect this better in shipping.

Wrong crystals By Shopper (Fitchburg, MA) - November 3, 2021 I ordered this as a gift for my aunt and although it is beautiful it came in with the wrong crystals. I wanted the rainbow crystals as it goes with the saying and they gave me the green and blue. I checked my order and I did order correctly so someone made this incorrectly .very disappointed

I was pleased with the ability to personalize the engraved message with enough space. However, the size and quality is disappointing. For the price, I expected it to be more substantial.
