LOved the personal engraving of my first great grandchild's name The process of product selection and ordering went very smoothly. Saw what the end product after name was added. Looked great. Delivered on time. Only issue I had was that the package was left at the far end of my driveway over a small fence I have there. It's a long drive but large trucks are able to turn around when they get to the house. Would have like for the package to be left at the house.

Flappy the Elephant Bought for my great grandson's baptism day. Can't wait to see him play with it. It's the cutest little thing. The song plays for a long time, and if you're old enough, you'll remember the hand motions to go with the song. The peek-a-boo game was just as amusing. If it were possible, I would have liked the name printed more on top of the leg to make it more visible rather than on the inside, but the printing was perfect otherwise. Turnaround time from order placement to delivery at my doorstep was exceptional (I did pay for express 2nd day delivery just in case it was needed). Highly recommend to others.

I actually bought it just before Christmas but held it until Valentine's Day. I figured that by that time our littlest would be learning peek-a-boo herself so it would be great reinforcement. Flappy is fun for baby and amuses the whole family! I purchased Flappy the Elephant as an engaging and entertaining gift for my baby granddaughter and it was a real hit with the entire family. Her parents especially appreciated the personalization. I was very happy with the size and quality of this soft and adorable stuffed elephant. It arrived ready to operate and engage and entertain by pressing either foot. The ear movement is synced with the sound and the sound is good. Very Cute I'm giving this to my 7 y.o. granddaughter for Christmas. I wish the animated word "baby" was omitted. (My fault for not listening closer.) If the company could change "baby" to a personalized name or leave out completely, it would be perfect for any age. Otherwise, the elephant is adorable!

 Disappointed I have bought the peek a boo singing elephant for a couple other friends and this one the name was not embroidered but stamped on and the elephant seemed smaller.

GREAT PRODUCT - Personalization not so great Without question, the product is great! I would not buy it again because of the LARGE BRIGHT pink personalization; it does not portray a warm, soft or appealing vibe for a baby. I am concerned my granddaughter is going to chew the letters off - it is stuck on, not embroidered as others I have bought from other places.
WITH THAT SAID, it is totally my fault, it did arrive as pictured and Personalization Mall did their job. I was disappointed and am thinking of returning the elephant. I recommend this site, the ease of navigation, and the quickness of delivery are all spot on. The personalization is the only disappointment I have with this order and it was a huge disappointment. Great product, Great site, personalization - not so appealing.
