Superior Customer Service! By Shopper (Arlington, MN) - March 12, 2019 We ordered a personalized shadow box for a coworker who recently lost her husband. The original order had the personalization line a little too low, and it was hard to read (but not impossible). I messaged Personalization Mall and asked if they could reprint the plastic photo/personalization piece. They apologized and reprocessed the order. It shipped quickly, and they sent the whole shadow box again. Exceptional customer service, and fast shipping. The second shadow box was perfect! We will definitely do business with them again.

Exceeded my expectations Such a beautiful way to remember a loved one or pet. I recently lost my dad and my beloved yorkie. I wanted a memorial that lit up and this was perfect. I ordered several in the different sizes and colors for humans and pets. The picture does not do it justice. Much prettier in person. I love them so much that I came back to purchase more and am going to give away as gifts.

I’ve order from this site numerous times and found the shadow box. I was so pleased with the way it looked I ordered another one for his dad and his sister. Best thing I’ve ordered Best gift I have ordered off here! I had to put a white piece of paper behind it to separate the lights from the screen. But once I did it was great. My friend cried as i had it made for him as a memorial of his mother who had just passed.

Needs A Little Upgrade I love this idea and it came out pretty good. My photo is great and the lights behind it are perfect, no too bright. The problem with it is the photo doesn’t stay put in the tracks, it slides down and there is nothing in front of it. Static buildup causes dust and particles to cling to the photo. There should be a thin plexiglass cover. Also the frame itself is bland and just cheap wood, BUT it can be embellished any way you want, so that’s a plus I guess.

Just what I needed I ordered several of these for my family. They turned out good. The placement of the lights is a little odd in some of the photos, but other than that I think everyone will enjoy them. I will be using rechargeable batteries in mine. Just wished the light had a timer to it.

NO SCREEN I received the two Memorial photos shadow boxes today, but I am disappointed that there is No Glass or anything. Description says Translucent Screen. But nothing over photo, just like paper photo.

Memory shadow box It has no glass over the picture. It looks very cheap. When the light comes on it looks a little better. I wish I would have gone with the memory plate instead.

Beautiful Product, Slow Shipping Time The overall presentation of the product is great! I gave 3 stars because I waited forever for the package to arrive. However, the customer service department was helpful. I also ordered the grey box and I received a white box instead. Picture had a few scratches in it, causing the white light to shine through showing the imperfections. Either way, this is a great customizable gift. Just order well in advance. (1 month before)

Memorial box I don’t like the lights behind the photo. In my box it doesn’t show the picture very well. The picture itself is too dark.

LED shadow box By Shopper (LOOMIS, CA) - January 1, 2019 The photo is printed on a textured sheet of acrylic and lite from behind by 6-7 bright miniature LED light bulbs. The distance from the bulbs to the acrylic photo is very close so that when turned on the picture seems overly bright and lite up from behind in areas. It is not softly lite from behind and so creates a lot of visual distortion in the framed photo.

 Nice but not what I expected for price I ordered these for Christmas and ordered 3 identical. 2 came in grey and one in ivory which is ok. The ivory one was perfect but the 2 grey ones…they cut the picture too small and it keeps falling out of the grooves of the shadow box. Also I had to re-hot glue the battery compartment in one as it kept falling out. I usually love all PM stuff…but these seemed not as high of quality.

Came out dark Photo came out darker than the original photo. Can't see the face unless the light is on in the background which I don't want to leave on all the time.

 Terrible Quality By Shopper (Albertson, NC) - June 25, 2019 You can not see the picture if it is dark. You can only see the lights shining through the picture. I would not recommend this product. it appears to have a string of lights randomly placed behind the picture.
