A True Heartwarmer Ordered this a few days after unexpectedly losing a cherished pet. What a blessing it is! We have it on the fireplace mantle, near where Bogey used to lay and every time we pass by it all kinds of happy memories of him fill our heads. I shopped for all different kinds of memorials, but by far this is the best. It is absolutely perfect. Very nice product This is a very nice product and it came out perfect. I just have a suggestion that would make the product a little better. I think if you put a piece of plexiglass in front where the picture goes, it would be better.

LED shadow box I loved the item and it looks great. My only concern is that the picture is basically a piece of paper with nothing protecting it. I can see it easily getting punctured. I wish it had a layer of protection

My only wish would be the picture paper little more durable or a thin plastic piece in front of the picture for protection. With that said I would still buy another one. Thanks for helping keep Charlie’s memory alive with this frame.

Is amazing but.. I got this as a gift for my daughter as her long time pet had past away. Everything looks amazing and I love the idea of this but what the picture is on a type of film, seems to be too small causing it to be a bit loose and parts pop out of the sides. Other then that it’s great!

Love It! I didn’t like how hard it was to find a photo that wouldn’t come out blurry but when I finally found one it was perfect. My moms cat passed away and she has been having a hard time with it. So I got this in hopes to help and I think it did. It came out very nice

Beautiful keepsake Beautiful keepsake. Thank you! I chose the ivory frame & white lettering to look heavenly and it's beautiful. It was a gift for my brother who lost his cat of 18 yrs. & he loves it! I just don't like how the lighter part behind the lettering makes an exact line across & kinda altered the picture. I would have liked that lighter background to be faded in to the regular picture rather than a line And, I copied your text example, but realized it was misspelled "every day". Thankful for this frame

You can see where the individual lights are instead of just a general soft glow, which is what I expected from the sample item the website shows. I still like the item.

Photo shadow box When I received it,it looked very much like the picture. As far as the quality goes once I put the batteries in,the little compartment in the back is started falling out because of the weight. However I just put a couple dabs of hot glue as it looked like there already had been some. And it stays on fine. The shadowbox was sturdy enough and I was pleased with it. The photo that I used was clear, the writing was legible and the light works immediately after I added batteries. My daughter loved it

just enough This was a great remembrance for a passed pet. The ONLY reason I gave it a 4 endnote a 5 was It was a little difficult to set up with the sizing for the picture but once I got it done and received it I loved it.

Could do better I like the size and the gray frame. I am disappointed that rhere was no plastic or glass to cover and protect the beautiful picture. The light switch in the back had ro be tape ro stay on too. I took it to a local framing and craft store. The lady laminated the picture, but it came out a bit dull and bubbly. Next time I will probably make it myself.

 Broken PromiseWhen my gift was delivered it was an empty box - frame with no picture or details as ordered. I have been sending messages since no phone calls will be accepted! I had to order this three times to have only one delivered. Very sad and disappointed.
