Perfect personalized Mug & Great Customer Service This personalized mug with pictures of my favorite horses came out perfectly. I love the large size of this mug as well. Additionally, one of the other mugs I ordered with this order was broken upon arrival in the mail. I contacted Personalization Mall with pictures of the broken mug, and they offered to send a replacement mug free of charge. Very good customer service! I highly recommend Personalization Mall.
