 misleading; not really a pillowPillowcase is lovely. Like all this companies products, the case was exactly as I expected. The insert however is a flat piece of barely stuffed material. This is so not a pillow and I am extremely disappointed. First bad review I've ever posted for Personalization Mall.

I ordered 2 pillows and one of them the flap on the back of the pillow didn't catch in the seam. So there is a seam hanging free. But the other pillow looks great.

Beautiful This pillow is just beautiful. The quality is far better then I expected. The colors are just as the photo shows. The person that received this gift just loved it! I would definitely recommend buying this. Oh and the shipping was great.it came in the amount of time I was told. For sure I give this five stars.

I was expecting it to be much fluffier; it’s extremely flat. Per other reviews, the insert did come vacuumed sealed, but I I was hoping it would perk up! Unfortunately, it didn’t.

Pillow talk The pillow case was adorable but I felt like the stuffing was shabby. And flat. I removed the filler and replaced it with a fluffier one. The way it was sent to me was unacceptable. I paid money for a pillow cover with no true filler. Ugh! Disappointed with this product.

Love this new family Christmas decoration! This pillow is exactly as advertised. The quality is excellent and the service was quick! I ordered one pillow for my use with all of our family names on it, and a 2nd one as a gift for my son and his family.

Love It! I honestly wasn't expecting much. Saw this in my Facebook feed and it was 50% off and I figured what the heck. I was pleasantly surprised, however, at how cute it is and the quality of the work. At first, when I saw the flat package, I was a little concerned that the pillow was substandard, but it had been vacuum packed and when I cut it open it puffed up nicely. It makes a really cute decoration!

Snowman Pillow This pillow was not exactly what I expected. The pillow itself is somewhat flat and not as plush as it looks in the picture. Also, the material isn't the quality I'd hoped for, It is kind of cheap and stiff, not soft, Not worth the price. It is cute, but overall I'm disappointed and not likely to order from Personalization Mall again.

Cute pillow We absolutely love the pillow it’s a Christmas gift for our daughter son-in-law and two grandchildren. I was a little skeptical taking it out of the package because I knew it was supposed to be a pillow. I didn’t see a pillow but once you opened the plastic bag the pillows gets bigger As it had been flat in the package.
Then you put the pillowcase on the pillow it’s very cute.
Definitely recommend this product.

Comes in a flat package, but once opened, the stuffing expands on its own to a firm pillow.

We are family... These pillows are adorable. I was a little disappointed that they were smaller than I thought but they do make a great accent piece for the Christmas holiday. My daughter and daughter in law loves them. I went ahead and gave them early.
