They are going to LOVE this gift! I personalized this ornament for my son and daughter in law using a picture of them and their 3 sons when the oldest was a sophomore in high school. He is getting ready to go to college next year (the first to leave the nest). I can't believe how much the 3 boys have grown and changed in 3 years!!!!  Pretty but blurryI loved the ornament, however the picture was a little blurry. I wish it had told me when I uploaded the picture that it might be blurry. Other than that, very nice.

Love it I have ordered a ornament every year and love all of them. This year a have noticed they changed the silver ornament hanger to a white ribbon. The ribbon does not match the rest of the others and looks cheap. Disappointed.

satisfied customer This is such a beautiful ornament. I can't wait to gift it. My only con is that I didn't consider how the matte finish would look. I kind if wish I had gotten the glossy finish. I think they will love the sentiment, either way. If you are considering this ornament, pay the extra for the glossy finish.

Slightly Disappointed By Shopper (Glendive, MT) - October 21, 2018 The ornament is amazing. It came back quickly and the packaging is beautiful, Sadly my photo is not. I had very few photos to choose from and none seemed to fit well on the ornament. I did my best in placing it to get as much of my son and his lady on the space available and not cover faces with the date heart, but ended up having to cut off parts of their faces and it doesn't look as nice as I had hoped.

 Nice but blurryI thought I selected the glossy version, but I must have selected matte. The quality felt nice, but the font seemed blurred. It also wrapped the picture around the edges and made it even tighter. I may have neglected to look close enough when approving the art.
Overall nice, but I did find it blurry.

disappointed By Shopper (arlington, TX) - December 12, 2020 I tried to call about this order and I sent an email but didn't hear back the day that I tried to order these. I finally got someone the next day but I had sent in my order and they said it had already been printed. I had asked to see if the heart could be removed bc it covered up a face but I heard no reply. I'm very disappointed and don't know if I will just trash them bc I'm embarrassed with the quality and the picture. I've been using your complany for several years but will try another next year.
