Happy as always! GREAT customer service! Being honest, I received this ornament and was not happy. You could see and feel circular lines in product. I have ordered my ornaments from Pmall.com for over 15 years and have NEVER had a bad one. I reached out to their customer service sending pics and let them know about the issue and they remade them and shipped them to me in less than a week! I am very impressed with their customer service and not only continue to buy from there personally but I will continue to recommend to others.

Great Customer Service I ordered this ornament for Christmas...and to my dismay, it was flawed. I have always been happy with everything I have ever bought from here so I immediately contacted Personalization Mall by email. I described the issue and indicated that I was not happy. It was needed for Christmas, only 6 days away. I got an email at 3 am telling me that another one was coming in the mail special delivery. I received it the next day and it was perfect!! I have never had such excellent customer service. I will absolutely use them again.

It came in a beautiful bag to help protect it when packing away after each season.
