Nurse ornament The product is absolutely perfect. I was extremely disappointed with the shipping. The gift did not arrive before Christmas as promised and when I contacted the post office they told me there was nothing they could do. I will be contacting for a shipping refund.

print to small The quality is very good. Came in quick, but by using amount of spaces allowed the print on the back message becomes very small.

 “Blue” color is actually purple I needed an ornament with blue scrubs. Ordered the blue, but it’s actually purple. The ornament is good quality otherwise.

Disappointed-Never Received I know it’s not personalization mall’s fault product wise as I’m sure the ornament was made very nicely, however I’m disappointed that I never received it. I know there is delayed shipping as I’m still waiting for some Christmas gifts but I don’t even get updates anymore on where my orders are. I’ll try again for the same Christmas ornament next Christmas with hopes that I will receive it. I do appreciate that I received a refund for the order not received.
